Cyouni nods, watching Tai warily. "For what it's worth, I'm sorry about using that spell." He shakes his head, heaving a sigh. "I've been trying to alter it - to make it less mind-invasive - but obviously it hasn't worked yet."
Wynn returned from her first match, slightly shivering but still feeling good about herself. She had won her first match, and given some good advice to her opponent in doing so. Still, she needed some time to relax and let her magic recharge, so she found an open chair near the braizer and sat down, letting her mind collect itself as she closed her eyes, the soothing heat lulling her into a peaceful respite.

Aggron allowed the healers to carry him into the tent, but he was a little more tense than an almost-killed patient should be. He looked around at the healers. <If you can...can you heal me quickly? It doesn't have to be perfect--my body can regenerate pretty well, given time--but I need to go search for someone, and I don't have time for hours of bed-rest. Just get me back where I can move freely, if you don't mind.>
Aggron sees Cyouni walk in, and he's momentarily distracted from his need to catch his savior. <Hello, Cyouni,> he says. 't see. Did you register?>
OOC: For the record, Aggron is more or less cold-blooded, and if the temperature outside was below freezing, then he was slowly freezing to death as he fought--he had had no experience with this before, so he didn't realize it was out of the ordinary for cold weather, but it was happening and I totally forgot about it until now. Please take this into account as he gets healed...
The healers firmly restrained Aggron into a bed as they brought a brazier to his side. The woman looked into his eyes and told him sternly, "You just had a near death experience while freezing to death out there and you want us to simply patch you up!? I will have none of that! You are to remain here for the rest of the day at the least! If you even think of walking out while in our care then you will regret the decision! We have special enchantments for stubborn patients like yourself."
The last bit sounded like a poisonous threat to Aggron. She fully intended to restrain Aggron until she felt he was better. He could tell that much about her attitude at least.

Having picked up his long coat, Xen made his way from his match to the healing tents of Benalia. There he waited for his shoulder wound to be treated while watching for Tai. He still needed to finish his talk with the paladin.
"I'll admit that my intentions if entering his mind weren't pure, but I was surprised by what I found. there was a living entity in his mind, some sort of byproduct of a dark ritual. I made sure that it couldn't do any harm to him. From the amount of his mental scarring, the entity had already done enough damage to his mind. I couldn't just allow it to exist."
But if the entity was a by product of a ritual how can you be certain that the entity wasn't in fact an aspect of Tai. Perhaps this entity came about as a defensive act on Tai's part, his mind attempting to cope with whatever trauma the ritual induced. Destroying something that could in fact be a core part of Tai could be devastating to his being.

You should not have done that...
