Dav signs the piece of paper and looks around at the red spells while waiting for someone else to show up.

A punk rock song won't ever change the world, but I can tell you about a couple that changed me
Name: Keylime Achernar
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Height:5'6''
Weight: 125lbs
Apperance: A nervous looking young man who almost always seems to be shivering when you set eyes upon him. His brown hair is overgrown and hastily tied back. His blue eyes are bright, that is, when he's actually looking up. As he walks, it is evident that the kid lacks confidence, or is at least scared witless to be alone. At his side is an overpacked bag of academic scrolls, so much so, that the overwhelming smell of old parchment has enveloped him. What has he been doing, living in the library? He wears faded robes. Largely, an unremarkable human. As he waits at the checkpoint, he nervously thumbs through the rolled scrolls.
House: N/A
Guild: N/A
Level: 1
Exp: 0
Gold: 50
Keylime entered the shop, enticed at the prospect of studying some new material. The scrolls at his side were perfect if you wanted a history lesson... which he probably would, later... but right now, he was in a new place, with new things to learn. His eyes set sight on a particular item... the shopkeeper was seeking help.
Knowing that he wouldn't be able to touch the choicest bits without paying, he wrote his name down, and resumed his browsing

Underling Ethu's 263rd report read simply "Yes, my lord.Overwhelmingly, my lord." This marked the end of the Mirran-Phyrexian War.
"Yes... sir..." He says, barely getting the words out of his mouth. "I was wondering... what..." He looked at the Loxodon, and swallowed hard. He didn't have much money on him. "I was hoping to uh... I'm interested in a familiar... but for the time being... but I don't quite have the uh... funds right now... I was hoping to maybe find some work." He let out a small 'eep' before taking a step back.

Forace walked around the city and entered the shop. A few times he looked back, wanting to go back to see what happened, but instead he found a spell shop. He decided to sign up for the job as he could use the work. "First, i have some buisness to take care of with you" he said to the store owner.
"Well, Frankie- looks like we can be off. This town is boring anyway."

"Don't worry, friend, you'll be in the capable hands of some Hammerheim Sorcerers!" Dav said as he spied the Hammerheim insignia on a coin dangling from Forace's belt.

"Eh... right!" Kaylime forced a confused smile. "I'll try not to be too much of a burden... I mean, I'm going to do my share too..." He quickly turned away and went back to looking through the scrolls. Maybe he could brush up on goblins before they left... unfortunately, the placement of the scrolls left them all indeterminable from one another.

He nodded at the the other red mage. He focused his flames into his hand and waved. The Flamekin walked over to the owner of the store. "Yes, I'd like this spell, and i was wondering if I could trade you for this one" He turned to the other two mages, "I'll be ready in a few minutes."
Frankie looks over at the newcomer and begins to discuss spell trade. After a few moment Mr. Peanuts pulls out the spell the flamekin requested and after a change of hands the Flamekin hands over one of his spell stones and the loxadon gives him a different stone. Then Mr. Peanuts speaks.
"If you intend on working for me you better sign up that sheet over there." The loxadon then begins to busy himself but he watches to see if the flamekin signs the commission.

Forace sees that there is only one spot left. He ran over to make sure he got it. He signed. Afterwards he looked back at the store owner, and the two fellow mages. "So, what now"
Appearance: Silence emanates from this shadowy individual. His hair is dark brown and a bit long and his hazel eyes are either staring in front of him or looking at the floor. He usually keeps the hood on his cloak pulled back and his face is some what rugged, but not unattractive. Though quiet, he is not nervous, nor does he appear to be insecure or inept in his studies. A dagger and a messenger-like knap-sack can be seen by his side under his dark red cloak, held around his neck by a silver chain. His tunic and leggings are both black, as well as his boots and his gloves. Some perceive his silence as arrogance, but really that's all it is--silence... he likes to keep to himself.
Rugan walks in to the shop and looks around. Nice wares, but most of the spells seem too useless to him. He approaches the Loxodon quite purposefully.
"I'm looking for some certain spells that I don't see out here. They're not very old, but I don't know how easy they are to come by. I don't have much money, so I'd be more than happy to work to receive them. Here's what I need."
Rugan slides the Loxodon a small piece of parchment with some scribbling on it.
Asking out a girl is like trying to cast a first turn Necropotence. Sometimes the other player will have the Force of Will to say no. You shouldn't let that stop you from trying it.
After settleing in to his new place, Kandar desides to explore the town. Coming down the street, he notices the local spell shop is quite the popular place. He walks up to the sales counter. As he waits, a large Loxodon comes out of the back room. He must have been searching for some old, powerful spell of yore.
"Good shopkeep, I would like to see what kind of creature spells you might have. I don't have much money, as I have just arived in town. Recent creatures would be appricated, but really anything decent would do. Also, if you have any work that needs to be done, I would gladly work for you, for a decent commision of course."
The Loxodon looks at the paper and hands it back to Rugan.
"Don't have them," says Frankie. "Not here, atleast. You'll have to get them through other means."
"Well, Peanuts, if you find a way for me to get them, please let me know. I have a list of other spells that will probably require the same amount of effort, if not more, to obtain. So send as much work my way as possible."
And with that, Rugan turned on his heel and left the shop, almost knocking Kandar over as he left.

Dodgeing out of the Sorcerer's way, Kandar is nearly knocked off balance. To himself, he mutters "Filthy firelover, atleast have the decency to apoligize."
After recovering himself, Kandar begins to look over the scrolls the shop has to offer.
"Oh, eh, well it seems I dont have enough funds to purchase anything." To Frankie, "Well, shopkeep, I shall return when I get more cash to purchase your fine wares."
With that, Kandar leaves the spellshop, walking down the street looking to see if any place is in need of his expertese.

Rugan reenters the shop, seemingly in a bit of a hurry. He heads straight for a table on the edge of the room, picks up a shiny red crystal, and walks hurriedly up to Frankie, placing the stone on the counter along with a pouch full of money.
"Turns out you might have something I need after all, Peanuts," Rugan begins. "This is all... for now..."

After leaving the arena, Kandar returns to the spellshop. As he looks around, he finds the crystal he was looking for. He takes it to the counter, and beckons for the shopkeep.
"Noble shopkeep, how much for this spellcrystal?"
After discussing the prices with Kandar the Loxadon comes to a deal with the mage. He takes the gold from Kandar and hands him over his spell he purchased.
"Nice doing business with you. Good luck on your upcomeing arena battle"

"Well as far as work is concerened it looks like you already signed up for my posted job. One more person and you guys can head off."
The loxadon didn't understand this newcomers nervousness but he paid no heed. A worker was a worker regarless of their personality.
