The House of the Shanodia Druids sits near the city’s center. It borders the Grand Master’s Palace on the West side. It sits between to the Houses of the Hammerheim Sorcerers and the Benalia Paladins. The building is an ancient looking structure that has trees and plants growing out of it. The building gives off a feeling harmony and calm.
The House Master of the Shanodia Druids is Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary. His keen senses, primal natural, and Elven fighting skills make him a perfect example of what the Shanodia Druids are about. He has replaced Mirri, Cat Warrior after The Night of Fire in which she attacked a fellow House Master and then went missing.
Joining the House of Shanodia Druids is simple: Ask.
Commission opportunities will be posted here. Commissions found here are for Shanodia Druids only. Most Commissions will be for a Spell, though some may be for Gold.
After his searching in the rest of the city, Erol heads to the building he came to the city seeking. He takes a long and hearty sniff at the natural scents coming from the place - He has found his home in this city, at least temporarily.
Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary notices a very muscular and rustic man...no wait Elf making his way to the House of the Shanodia Druids. He comes down from the House doors to meet this large Elf.
"Greetings I am Rofellos. I am acting House Master due to House matters that needed to be attended to by Master Mirri. Are you looking to join us my good fellow?"
Erol inclines his head respectfully, before continuing:
"Oh, so you're the famous Rofellos. You're shorter than I heard." He grins after this statement to show that he means no (real) disrespect, then continues: "If you'll have me, I'd like to join."
After his excursion to Peanuts, Erol returns and notices that there is a commission up. He seeks out Rofellos and politely asks: "May I have the honour of pursuing this Commission?"
Angel slowly but surely enters the house of the Shanodia Druids. It is an odd feeling to be in such a natural place full of greenery. A stark contrast to her mountanous home of Keld. But the magic of this place just feels right and she enters the house. Once inside in a voice that bears the strenght of a Keldon she calls out.
Angel: Hello. Is anyone here. I was hopeing that i might inquire as to how to enter this great house.
She then stands quietly in the center of the great hall.
Rofellos begins walking towards the entrance, and notices Erol looking around for work. "Good man, we are very pleased with the work you've done, and I am told that soon there will be work for you. Enjoy yourself though, stop by the arena or make some friends in town in the meantime if you wish. Sometimes mingling with members of the other houses will bring about friendships."
With a smile, he then turns towards the front.
Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary approaches Angel, dressed in a bit of finery. "One with as much strength as you only needs to ask to join, miss. What might your name be, so that I may better address you?"
Angel turns to meet the elf and shows what seems to be a small smile.
Angel: Ah yes I would love to join this fine house with your consent of course. This house is just so much different than my homeland of Keld where greenery is something that you do not see every day. It has life and something I just can't put my finger on.
Rofellos smiles and gestures upwards. A beautiful flower emerges between the stones on the ground, and its petals bloom. Within is a gold coin with the insignia of the Druids.
"Welcome to House Shanodia. Please take the coin. You still have not given me a name with which to address you. Indeed, you will find this place far different from Keld. I suggest you get acquainted with your brothers here, it will serve you well. In the meantime, let me show you to your room."
He leads Angel to a room which has vines growing around it, but not in a way that is overgrown. It contains a cot woven with some kind of rope, and a closeable enclave carved out of a tree trunk. "I assume you can soon find yourself comfortable in a place filled with nature, and preserved as such. It is something different, and this very place lives and breathes like you and I do, unlike the occasional barren land that is Keld. Keep your eyes open, you never know when you may be called upon."
Erol stumbles across a man in a messenger's cap, and robes of gold, the color of the Grand House. "Excuse me, are you Erol Furnev? I possess an urgent message! Rofellos told me you were looking for work! And have some I do!"
At the same time as this was happening, another sheet of paper was placed in the main hall. Upon it was the following:
The Shanodia Druids are concerned regarding recent events that indicate that parts of a nearby forest have been uprooted by unknown forces, and are being gradually replaced with artifice and machinery. We wish to preserve the peace that is known throughout these woods. One druid is required to take on this task. This mage must investigate the problem, and find a way to solve it, in order to restore our forests to their former glory.
The reward for completing this quest is any one Creature spell in the current standard.
As Abim nters the city, he suddenly notices a rather familiar smell and feelings of his home. Somehow, he is drawn to a building smelling of nature and Magic. He approaches the doors of this great building and asks,
"Excuse me? Is there someone who can help me? I was drawn here out of instinct and i was wondering if anyone could tell me what this place is?"

Angel reenters the house and notices the new arrival. Not being one who is much for words Angel just ignores the new arriaval and goes over to a peice of paper posted on the door. After reading the comission she signs the form. Now this is what she was looking for. With that she returns to her room awaiting further breifing.
Anglel: This is the house of the Shanodia Druids. Now if you are seeking admission you better find Rofellos I do beleive that he is responsible for new admissions. Now I must be going I have to prepare for an upcomeing event.
With that said Angel leaves the man in the hallway for Rofellos to deal with.
Erol happens to awaken and emerge, refreshed, from his room about the same time Abim enters the House. Hearing the newcomer call, he goes to introduce himself.
"Greetings. I am Erol Furnev, a member of this House. You are looking to become a member, brother?"
Rofellos enters the scene with Erol and Abim. "What's all this here? We seem to have a new arrival, do we?"
The man wearing a gold robe walks alongside Erol, who brought forth Abim towards Rofellos. "Sir, is this Erol? The one you mentioned to me?" The man was inquisitive, and apparently very nervous. Rofellos said, "Calm yourself, man. Yes, it's Erol, but he has done a good deed here in bringing this new member before me. I know the direness of your situation, but a few minutes to do something charitable comes first."
Rofellos turns to the stranger. "I am indeed here sir. Your instincts have guided you well to bring you here, the sanctuary of life, the universe, and everything... Or at least just life. How can I assist you?"
The man in the gold robes expresses anxiety. "If you are Erol, I have business with you."

"Here, keep this safe," he says as he hands him the coin.
"Now, please allow me to show you in and to your room."
