Eager aren't we? Our caravans don't leave until morning light. It's about an hour and a half, maybe two till sun down.
She reached into one of her pockets and pulls three ceramic tiles. She tossed each Mage one of them.
The town's tavern and inn is just across the way. Those will get you a meal, stiff drink and a room for the night. Come morning my son will come and wake you all.
OOC: I honestly don't know what is going on with him. I wish I did cause his lack of posting is annoying. At the moment I am silently controlling his toon. Sending him PMs is a little pointless as he only comes on to post here.
"Sounds like a plan," Helarand says as he takes his tile. "Thank you for these," he continues with a bow and a flourish. "I bid you farewell m'lady until the morn. May sleep find you and yours soundly."
With that he exits the smithy's shop and heads across the street toward the indicated Inn, and makes his way inside.
OoC: If he remains AWOL, is it possible for us to continue just us two? We seem to be able to post regularly.
Upon entering the Tavern the trio's noses are bombarded by the sent of hearty food and strong drink. The Tavern is packed pretty full but they are able to find a free table. The Tavern's patrons are a mix of just about every kind of person one could think of, from the man that has had a silver spoon all his life to the down and out drunkard.
OoC: So just us two then or ret-conning someone in?
IC: "From the Fairess across the street. She graciously offered to put my friend and I up for the night. I assumed they were a form of currency, yes? She said they would get us each a meal and a room." Helarand says politely, with a smile and a wink.
"We're not on the job at this moment,and her arse is quite nice to look at. My head will be in the game when the time comes - don't you worry about that my friend." Helarand replies without taking his eyes off of Maggy.
