"We should let the bandits steal some of the supplies and livestock, then follow them to their camp. If we need to, we can use that orinthopter scroll to get a sky view. The camp is what we are truly after. If we just kill the bandits, I'm sure the troop will continue to attack Chloe and her family, but with more verocity. We need to find the camp and kill their leader."
Rivel turns to Chloe with affirmation that the deed will be done, "The bandits will be eradicated, Chloe."
Chloe stirs uncomfortably in her saddle at the mention of letting the bandits still yet more from them. She turns as if to say something to Rivel before biting her lip and returning her gaze forward, waiting for the others to comment on the proposed plan.
"It's a real risk to just hope the bandits tell us where they are camped. I think the best action is to use the orinthopter. Are the trees to dense to see from above? I don't want to take any risks of people dying in retaliation rather than letting the bandits take a few more things that can be regrown or recovered when this is over."
Kark adjusts his face mask. The warm sun is starting to make him uncomfortably aware of his own smell. They'll tell us. Or better yet we catch most of them in one swoop and we can "question" the survivor. We can't let these people's lively hood be in danger anymore, that's why they hired us.
I know instantaneous travel is popular when playing RPGs but the group is not at the actual farm yet. >.<
Don't worry I'll be sure to make it clear when you do arrive.;)
"If they've raided the farm since I've been gone then there may be fresh tracks that you can find and possibly follow." mentioned Chloe. "If you do find their trail and can't track them the whole way then at least you'll have found one of their paths and can ambush them next time."
A flash of anger paints her face as she states, "They do like to go after our livestock when they feel like celebrating off of our hard work."
If we protect the livestock, can you keep the damage in the fields to a minimum? If you water down the crops before the attack, it should prevent the spread of fire too much. The goblin sees the anger and pain cross Chloe's face, only fueling his own rage.

No matter how hard you try, you can't stop us now!
Rivel looks to Tik-Tik "How about I go and look for and follow the tracks of the bandits. If I manage to find a suitable track that appears that they take this way most of the time if not everytime, I'll monitor the path. You and Kark should stay at the farm to keep the farm and people safe, especially if the bandits do not take the path I'll be watching. We will just need signals to let each other know of our status." Rivel looks to everyone. "How does this plan sound?"
"Perfect!" exclaimed Chloe. "This way my father can tell us what's happened while I've been gone!"
She looks at Tik-Tik smiling and then to Kark where it faded before saying, "Er, maybe you should stay 'on patrol' during that time. My father is even more wary than I when it comes to mages... Especially the undead and goblin type..."
"Thank you." spoke Chloe with a kind smile as they continued onward.
After a few hours of travel the sun began to set throwing out the familiar shadows of twilight. A furtive glance to the horizon caused Chloe to say, "We should probably set up camp for the night soon..."
