Someone once asked me why, when I talk about House Dimir, I don't put the word "the" in front of it.
At the time, I had no answer, but it just came to me.
Do we put the word "the" in front of God?

Xen walks out of his room stretching lazily. Xen felt his stomach grumble for some food and began heading out of the House when the messenger arrived. Turning to the messenger Xen called out, "Who do you seek?"
"I'm looking for one Xen Anastan on behalf of Azusa. Could you tell me where to find him?"

Xen cracks a wide smile and bows to the messenger saying, "I am Xen Anastan and am ready to answer the call of Azusa. What message do you bring for me?"
"Some friends have found out a starting position for you to work from. Azusa has more details."

Xen's face becomes serious as he realizes the hunt for the Mirari has begun. Xen clips out the word, "Understood." as he salutes the messenger and makes his way straight to Azusa.
Finally, I have the chance to prove myself to House Shanodia through my direct actions. I cannot fail Azusa and the House.
As Xen rounds a corner he looks around in the room for Azusa as he was expecting to find her here.
Azusa is waiting right where Xen expects. "Ah. The messenger found you. Good. The information that Houses Lat-Nam and Shimia have found indicate that a powerful mage, one whose name we don't know, hid the Mirari in a pocket dimension of his own creation. There are only a few places to enter this pocket realm from. One is here in Estark, but I'm sure that House Lat-Nam will be monitoring that entrance. Another is in Ravnica, but House Shimia has people on the ground there, holding it for their agents. That leaves the esoteric entrance for you. If you leave Estark and travel southeast for about ten miles, you will come upon a metal tower that has since started to rust. The entrance to the pocket realm is at the top. Good luck."

As Azusa speaks Xen goes to one knee and brings his right fist to his left shoulder in the sign of a salute.
After Azusa finishes speaking Xen nods and stands up before Azusa saying, "I'll hunt down the Mirari and destroy the damned artifact, Azusa. No matter the obsticle be it a mage in a pocket dimension or the other houses I will not fail you and this house."
Turning Xen heads out to begin his journey. As he reaches the door Xen looks over his left shoulder at Azusa and asks, "Will anyone else be joining me from our house and am I to return through this same entrance?"
"Unfortunately, no one was willing to accompany you on your venture. This entrance is fine. But think of your lack of company in this light: the others are going to have to communicate, and there will be arguments. You can make decisions without consulting a stubborn 'partner.'"

Xen nods saying, "Very well. I will not fail you Azusa."
With that Xen returned to his room and grabbed his dagger sliding it onto his belt. Xen then pulled on a green cloak with the house's insignia on the clasp. Double checking his satchel Xen made sure he had all of his spells and his scroll. Assured that he was ready he made his way down to the stores of the House and grabbed several days rations along with a blanket for sleeping all of this he placed into a backpack.
Sighing to himself Xen thought Remember everything you have learned. Remember your Sessan. Destroy the Mirari.
Xen then set out from the house and soon the city of estark along a south east path. Knowing that his house had recieved the news from listening in on the houses Xen felt a sense of urgency. Thus Xen set out on a hard pace thinking that he could cover the ten miles within two hours.
OOC: I assumed there would be supplies at the house for me to use. Right now Xen is simply heading out along the path described to him. Feel free to let me know if I need to change anything.
The city is tense as Xen leaves, but nothing untoward jumps out at him.
OOC2: Are you going to walk to the tower or do you have a summon you want to ride?

OOC: Heh, I suppose I could summon a Trained Armodon and ride that. I just didn't do that because we aren't supposed to draw on our mana until we are told we can. Editing in new information since it appears I can summon my Armodon as a mount.
As soon as Xen was clear of the city and on the road he took a moment to collect himself. Looking around he made sure the coast was clear before he began summoning his mana to himself. Slowly his aura grew as a mirage of a forest appeared behind him. Focusing his mind Xen called forth an Armodon that appeared first in the mirage and then stampeded out into reality.
Reaching a hand outward Xen calmed the beast making it docile. Using his psychic connection to the beast Xen had the Armodon use its trunk to give him a boost onto the top of the Armodon. Smiling Xen settled atop the beast and scratched it behind the ear. Looking out to the south east horizon Xen gave a mental push to the Armodon nudging it in that direction. Xen just hoped he wouldn't fall behind the other houses in the search by having to travel to this side entrance.
You know, neither of the other two groups have left yet . . .
The armodon lumbers along at a good pace, untiring and enduring in near-perpetuity. A few small creatures poke their heads out of their burrows at the armodon's thundering walk, but they just as quickly retreat when you get close.

Xen doesn't know that. As far as he is aware he is already behind on the search. His information came from a second hand source so it would appear the other houses have the leg up on House Shanodia.
Anyways Xen has 10 miles to travel so feel free to balance out my arrival with the arrival of the others if you need to as a story teller. I'm just going to have Xen interact the way I think he would in your quest and this world.
The armodon makes good time, especially since no nearby creature thinks it worth its time or is too frightened. It is just on sunset when Xen arrives at a rusty metallic tower that fits Azusa's description.

Xen guides his Armodon around the tower looking for any signs of occupants or other 'visitors'. Xen was feeling quite cautious given the value of the Mirari and did not wish to be caught off guard should one of the houses sent a 'welcoming' party. Thus Xen examined both the tower and the outlying terrain to get a feel for the place.
Let me know if I need to make a perception check for this. I didn't want to immediately roll a d20 because I haven't had you as a moderator and don't know your methods.

Xen dismounts in front of the tower and dismisses the Armodon causing it to vanish into green wisps of energy on the wind. Drawing his dagger Xen makes his way towards the entrance with the blade hidden behind his left fore-arm. Once there he takes in his surroundings and looks for a way up to the portal.
The outside of the tower is almost completely smooth. Xen might be able to climb it, if he's lucky.
The door into the tower's interior is shut.

Clearing his mind Xen focuses on the tranquility of the forests that he draws his mana from. Raising his dagger above his head Xen opens his eyes and channels his mana into it. Using the light from his mana he moves around the room taking in the details.
The room is well-appointed, though there is about an inch of dust on every surface and the furniture is covered in white sheets. There's a door across the room from the entrance.
