Here is a link to a map of the known Eastern World, and the major cities and locations there-in (map pending).
Travel Times
The cities and locations in the Eastern World are a respectable distance apart, and so when travelling between them, it takes a while. This translate into a length of time in real time one must wait while travelling between cities. As below:
Epicus is 40 minutes from Elexia, and vice-versa
Epicus and Elexia are both 20 minutes from the Weary Wanderer's Inn
Epicus is 10 minutes from the Court in the Forest
Epicus is 5 minutes from both Codian Graveyard and the Old Mill
Travel within either city takes 2-3 minutes between locations. Travel around a city-state's land takes upwards of 10 minutes.
Time
Bear in mind, when you play, that the game is not played in real time. Obviously, or else dialogue would have several minutes of pause between posts by players. Bear this in your mind in posting; a week of real time could be only an hour of a quest, depending on the pacing.
In the game, there are references to both Game Time and Real Time. Game Time is a very looes idea, to be determined as needed. Real Time is, well, Real Time.
