The trek wasn't as long as Krille had anticipated and he reached the edge of the lake, still a little bit nervous about crossing the threshold. There were rumours adrift about what was on the other side, but most that had actually been over were hesitant to describe it.

There was no way to go around it, as it stretched further than he could see. Then again, he was only one person and a fairly thick piece of ice would probably do the trick.
Krille concentrated as he weaved a cool current of accendo into forming a big chunk of ice at the edge of the lake. He then steps onto it, and sits down. Because of his specialty in Ice, he also has a fairly good control of water, and propels the ice across the lake.
As he crosses the lake, he can feel the accendo weakening around him and slowly the current draws him back towards the shore he came from. Making an ice raft simply wouldn't be able to get him across. He needed something more... substantial. A bridge, perhaps?
((Im leaving for the day now, I should be back sometime tommorow. It's been great fun so far, I can't wait to continue.))

~Well, I wish I didn't have to do this in this fashion, but I must proceed.~
Krille looks for the best way to get past the lake.
