Yeah, I don't see her handling a pissing match in any way other than a duel.

...Something tells me that even should all arcane casters in the world unite, that the Grease spell would NOT be sufficient.
A coy smile crossed his face as he moved his head to look at Shael, "oddly enough, I feel things that I've never felt before when I'm with you. And trust me, as someone who is always looking for answers, new things are always good."
"I feel...a lot of things right now, most of which I am ashamed I am too shy to actually put into words." Shael lets out a small laugh. "If you like, you may look...."
Her emotions readily open to Aneld, she closes her eyes. If he were to peek now, he would see a small amount of trepidation, the fear of rejection...a feeling of warmth towards Aneld, like she has been waiting for this acceptance all her life...wistful dreams, of what might occur in the future, and a vision of the two, close together, though what exactly happens during those moments she is not sure, as she's never done that before... books can explain, but words and feelings are not one and the same. Her feelings are jumbled and varied, but they all point to one thing, the thing that seems impossible by all logic...but since when is love logical?

Aneld watched the accendo weave through her, telling him more stories than he could read at once. Not even the most gifted light adept could have read everything was flowing through Shael at that moment, and Aneld could only catch a glimpse of her inner self.
Unable to resist his reservations any longer, he leaned forward and kissed her. When their lips touched, he no longer had to look for the emotions within her. As the accendo surged through both of their bodies, he could feel what she was feeling and she could feel his emotions as well. Their lips held together as the accendo pulsed though both of them, weaving their emotions and thoughts. Shael was consumed by the accendo, simultaneously feeling fear, love, anxiety, warmth, passion, desire and longing for so much more. But above all of these things, she could feel something that she had not experienced before... holistic completeness.
In shock, and in something else she can't quite name... Shael suddenly can't breathe, can't think, certainly not coherently, and does not care about anything else except now.
Breaking off from him, but not much, she gasps. "Aneld, if you leave me... I will... but I am afraid that this will consume me somehow... I, you have taken my intellect and turned it to oatmeal! I want...but here is not the best time... I don't even know what it is that I want, really..but you know this, don't you, as I know.. do as you will, love.." She holds to him tightly, feeling for the first time in a very long time as if she is home.

Still shocked by his own actions, Aneld manages to stammer, "I... You know I would never leave you Shael. I might even be more afraid than you are... this is so new to me. It's one of the first times I've done something that I don't quite understand... it just felt right." Their bodies were still buzzing from the accendo rush, feeling more powerful and yet more totally lost in emotion than they ever have. For a while, Aneld could do nothing more than smile and wonder how he was so very lucky. Shael's rhythmic breathing was entrancing and soon he was asleep as well. Inadvertently, both of them had the same dream that night. One where they were alone together, enjoying every moment that they spent in each other's company and one where every desire was fulfilled and they completed each other like nothing else could.
*****
Aneld woke and rubbed his eyes, totally forgetting about Shael laying on top of him. Her arm was across his chest, as if she meant to pull him closer in the night. As the previous night's memories rushed back into his thoughts, he couldn't helo but let out a chuckle, hoping that Shael wouldn't wake prematurely.

Gently, the adept kissed his sleeping love's forehead as he slipped out of her grasp. For a moment, he just stood and admired how truly amazing she was, not only in the sense of beauty but also how the accendo surrounding her behaved so oddly. The thought of the accendo that had permeated through both of them was exhilarating to say the least, and he could only imagine what response the accendo would have next time. He stretched his arms and left, in search for some water.
A short time later, Shael opens her eyes, finding herself alone.
"I don't think he would run off...possibly, personal needs." She sits up and sighs, remembering the closeness of the previous night. "I should as well."
She looks for a convenient area to take care of human needs, and does so. She then comes back to their makeshift bed and pulls out a comb for her tangled hair and combs it in long strokes.

Aneld returned, carrying an improvised bucket made out of some leaves containing water. Oddly enough, he was spellbound by her and after the previous night, it was much more awkward to speak to her than he had originally figured it would be. Not because it was a mistake, but rather because she had become part of his life and it was still terrifying.
Trying to hide his reticence he spoke, almost spilling the water as he did so, "Morning..."
She feels shy in his presence, but also...not, if that makes any sense.
"You're dripping water." she observes. "Let me help." She wraps her hands around the bottom, supporting it slightly. "Get a drink before I end up with a bath!" she laughs.

"Ladies, first!" he say, laughing as well, "all that walking yesterday totally took it out of me. I was super thirsty, but needless to say, I was a little... distracted."
Shael nods, dipping her hands into the water slowly so as to not drip TOO much on herself, drinking deeply.
"This is nice...where did you find it?" She wipes her wet hands across her face, getting rid of some of the dust the road had put there. "I think- we need to find something to eat! I am ravenous this morning for some reason." After having her fill, she rolls up her cloak and pushes her sleeves up some, tying them upon her shoulders to let the breeze cool her.

Happy to please her, Aneld responds, "I'm pretty famished as well. Apparently otamo, a sugary fruit grows somewhere in here. Like I said, though, the planet changes constantly and vegetation likes to migrate. But what do you mean, 'and more, I fear'?"
"I..don't know." She is a poor prevaricator, and realizes it as soon as she says it. "All right, and more.. you seem to be touching me, even when you aren't! It is...nice, but it is different, and I will get used to it...and don't think it is a mistake, because I can see it in your eyes that you worry that I regret being close to you, and I do not, in the least, so don't think that! So find us some otamo, because I don't think I have had that before."

Wordlessly, Aneld smiles and nods. For Shael, that was enough. He didn't have to say "I feel the exact same way" or even those 3 words that connote complete submission to the other... his look said it all. Turning and walking, he lead her back to the ravine where he got the water... surely there must be fruit near water.

It did not take long to find the prickly fruit that Aneld described, though it was clustered high in a treetop overhead. The canopy was thicker than it had been when they first entered the forest and there were several trees adjacent to the fruit-bearing one.

As she climbed, she heard a rustling in the foliage behind her. Shael's heart beat in her chest quickly as she realized how vulnerable she was. Wheeling around, ready to fight, she was greeted by rather wet and perplexed looking Aneld.
