Infect has started to gain ground in standard lately so maybe there is potential for it cross over in to extended whether transferring those lists or coming up with new ones.
After brainstorming a little I think a GW or GWB would be best. Exalted with Qasali Pridemage and Noble Hierarch. Stoneforge Package with (Grafted Exoskeleton, Swords, Mortarpod, Bonehoard) and probably the best card to pair with Infect creatures, Elspeth, Knight Errant.
Anyone have any other lists/ideas they have encountered or tried?
Actually, I designed an Infect deck for my Brother-In-law to play in a PTQ... I don't Mind sharing the list. We are still working out the manabase, but this is what I have so far. Working on Sideboard Too. It seems very consistant:
