What if the card is Great Sable Stag? I've been running it MD to a lot of success lately (what with almost every deck hating not being able to counter/block/bounce it). Though 4cc it is less then passable with lightning bolts flying around.
So I dropped Wargate from my list (go figure), and blue. I'm running solid Naya with a MB of:
And honestly, this list has only been tested against about 5 decks, but is 5-0. From what I've seen, I love Leyline MD due to the amount of disruption it stops giving me a cleaner start, which is guarenteed the only thing Jund and Faeries doesn't want from you. Out of the 5, I played Jund, Esper Faeries (double esper charm took g2), 4cc (played 2 different builds), and that weird necrotic ooze matchup (he didn't actually go off, but instead bounced some things with jace). I'm pleased with the list, and will be making these changes:
-2 Slice in Twain (was to hoping for cantrips on killing Bitterblossoms and Omens, but it showed up at embarassing times)
-1 Mountain
-1 Wooded Bastion
-1 Sun Titan
+2 Fire-lit Thicket
+3 Primeval Titan
Reason being, every single game I thought to myself," Man, titan would be the nuts for a topdeck right now". And I mean every single game I played. He with scapeshift allows for a clean combo, while still maintaining a serious aggressive game. With 2 different kinds of pressure on the opponent, it makes it easier to take advantage of play mistakes and force them into telegraphing plays as well. Of course, some critisicm would be amazing as well

a article posted on magic.tcgplayer.com said that the win percent of wargate was a meager 42.3%.
So this deck has great match-ups versus control and i guess most decks, except fast aggro naya, RDW and possibly Mythic, so it probably wouldn't be to far fetched to add another DoJ to the md, to have 2 MD with 2x Firespout SB. Also i think some life gain creatures sb would do great baloth, finks, wurmcoil.

Except that win % was taken from a total of 2 events. Whoopee.
And there are a lot of really bad lists floating around anyway. If you look through the 3-1 daily lists from MODO, you'd see there are lists running 2x Omens and 4x Wargate. Honestly, that's just bad.
Naya list is still preforming well for me guys

I think Firespout might be necessary with Naya popping up a lot more. I am having a lot of issues with bantgate working against those decks, especially tempered steel.

Good point, only running 2 sb in my bant list (seeing as aggro isn't all that popular online, just now picking up).
Also, me and a friend were doing the gauntlet vs Mythic, and I found my win percentage to be something in the low 30%s. (out of somewhere close to 25 games I only took 7 games or so). These were all preboard, but I'm kind of concerned with this matchup. My saving grace was Cryptic in all of the wins, and even so straight beats could grab games from me as I was so pressured.
Any tips for the matchup?

ive been testing from the Naya side lately and other than hoping to get Valakut online, Wargate has no answer to Gaddok Teeg which is why some of the Japanese pros testing Wargate on MODO have been running Firespouts.
Naya gives Fae fits, and if Wargate doesn't curve out perfectly game 1, Naya is way too fast for it. Games 2 and 3 are all about mass removal and if you are bringing in any guys/lifegain as the deck is so fast that turn 4/5 DOJ and you are already at single digits nearly dead.
The format is really turning into Fae and Anti-Fae (ie RDW, Naya, Demigod Jund) and I'm almost of the mindset to start running 3 DOJ main to beat the creature decks and then having the leylines/anti-fae cards in the board (as well as some firespouts)
i agree with boston, faeries as become really popular so the decks like naya and rdw have popped up, and leyline is just kinda bad against them, jund lists dont even really play thoughtseize MD any more, it seems better to put in 1 more mass removal and maybe 2 creatures of some sort such as p. titan. and i only talked about firespout to kill gaddock tegg.
Early counters are very important in this matchup preventing the T3 Sovereigns is VERY important (duh) so i would mulligan until you hit some early disruption.
Be aware that a T4 Day of Judgement MIGHT be enough although you're going to have taken 13+ damage to the face... However unless they're playing the Vengevine build you can probably stabilize at this point, as you've just gone 4+ for 1 (Heirarch/Lotus Cobra/Soverigns & Conscription)
Also something to be aware of is that they are unlikely to run more than 2 Eldrazi conscriptions so Nature's Claim is amazing...
Sideboarding 3 Day of Judgement for 3 Leylines, Rampant Growth comes out as well,
For Qasali Pridemage, War Priest of Thune, Kitchen Finks can also come in.
You want to keep mana leak up until you can hold up cryptic command, else you're likely to get suprise Conscriptioned.... And suprise, suprise that's NEVER a good thing.
Cryptic bounce the creature that Conscription is attached to is fine as well, as they're going to lose conscription as the Anihilator doesn't trigger on the turn that they tutor it up.
I've always had a secret disliking for Qasali Pridemage, but Nature's Claim and Priest work fine for me so I'll consider those.
And I was more so talking about after the Conscription part, where they make me throw everything I've got to stopping the combo while getting beat up with Big Jace draws, Cryptics of their own, Knights and Baneslayers.... I mean the deck just has a lot against me, it feels like I have to go straight to combo or lose.

thats a pretty decent long shot considering the annihilator 2 on the conscription..would have to be at 5 permanents at least on turn 3 with access to WW when it goes to your turn...seems rough.
@ mkid
your list seems fine, how is 3x mana leak working out for you though? it always turns out to be pretty important for me.

Enjoying the look of your decklist. How are you doing against the heavy aggro match up? Your side looks interesting with all the creature base. Are we looking at, after game 1, going into a creature base proctection with our combo in the back ground? I am also interested in the match up against the Polyblossom.

basically i just bring in the extra sweepers with finks and clique to gain life and stall, then have sun titan to bring them back, the combo is still the main source, plus decks tend to board out removal, a and knight is the best part in my opinion, she gets valakut and allows wargate to search for extra omens, etc.

I personally love either 2x Firespout or Day of Judgment MD, and knight is a huge proponent of my deck, it fetches any land i need, and if i get it to a 4/4 which is easy then i have time to set up the combo and kill cards. with the meta more aggro it seems better to have some bodies and mass removal for game 1, leyline just suck against most of them.

Knight can only sacrifice 6 lands in your whole deck, which really isn't that great, i'd be expecting more like 10-11 to get a deacent engine running.
Primval finds all the same lands without the constraints of needing to sacrifice a land (which is counter productive to your game plan).
With prismatic omen in play you can sacrifice any land.
So I dropped Wargate from my list (go figure), and blue. I'm running solid Naya with a MB of:

4x Knight of the Reliquary
