My manabase for post rotation extended Tezzerator is pretty much looking like this. The Hallowed Fountains and the Ancient Den are to accomodate usage of Wrath of God and Path To Exile in the sideboard if necessary. Black is in the build for the discard spells like Thoughtsieze, but I am looking into the benefits of adding the color red.
Decks I have in my bag of tricks- Needless to say, someone who wants to play will probably have a deck UB/x Faeries UR Storm XURWB Affinity G Elves UW control
I run 2x Vedalken Shackles in the maindeck, which requires most manabases for this deck to have access to a certain number of Islands (Polluted Deltas are essentially islands in decks with shackles)

testing in the new format, i think the skeleton needs to be changed around a bit to accomodate for the loss of not only the aforementioned fetchlands but for the loss of Ensnaring Bridge (from 8th edition) I dont know what the new requirements for the skeleton should be just yet but the engine still works. Id suggest the full sets of Shocklands and the 4th mainboard firespout also, if room can be made. (For starters).

I truly thought about black, but it didnt spark well enough for me really. I mean damnation is too slow requiring BB in order to drop as late as or later than turn 4 and bitterblossom
- cuts back on your life.
- is the same mana cost that is on average hated out by both chalice of the void and engineered explosives, maindeck cards in the deck
this in the same format as variants on Red Deck wins and Merfolk (which without Ensnaring Bridge gets harder)

The fetchlands arent the problem its Ensnaring Bridge rotation that hurts big time. Ghostly Prison is an alternative that cant be tutored for, so its 50/50 with white being as the Sunbeam Spellbomb becomes busted with academy ruins but as someone said before, the near auto-scoop to Blood Moon and the easier access to Firespout over Wrath of God may keep red the in color. People will just have to edit for the aggro matchup next season.

Sure, white has Kataki, but how are you going to beat Tron?
Red: Firespout.
White: Wrath.
Black: Damnation.
I don't think it matters what colors you play, as long as it's function the same. White also has Path, wheras red has, as mentioned, Bolts.
Black has... Doom Blade?
Ok, after reading some of the comments above, when is Ensnaring Bridge rotating out?
Red and green as support is imo superior to white.

Island taps for U and cost zero. It should be banned.
last printing of Ensnaring Bridge was in 8th edition, which rotated from extended when M10 came in.

ahh, well i'll not argue that. but i find it difficult that the cycle of cards changes from format to format when M10 rotates 10th edition from standard and not 8th from extended. but it seems im overlooking something

So, I have Bolts instead of Chalice. Honestly, it has been great. Very often Chalice is way to slow, if you don't have a moxen to accelerate a turn 1 Chalice for 1 on the play. Bolt takes care of Zoo, except Woolly Thoctar and Goyf (sometimes it do, because Goyf doesn't count lands anymore*)
The mana is extremely shakey, as you lose 8 fetches. Reflecting Pool can't help your mana, obviously. But Cascade Bluffs and Flooded Grove can! Maybe we have to cut 3-4 Island for 3-4 Bluffs? As for Grove... we actually don't need it, because where's our green spells?
Firespout - the green is usually uneeded;
Flashbacking Ancient Grudge;
Quagnoth - six mana. By then, we should have drawn a Breeding Pool, Tree of Tales, or Trinket Mage that fetches Tree of Tales (if we're desperate).
Lightning Bolt fixes the mana, kind of, by being imprinted on moxen.
Meloku is such a beast. I cut a Tez for it. Often, I use Tez to tutor for either Shackles and Bridge. Now when Bridge is gone, I tutor for Shackles or Jitte. Or land... But it cost too much for the effect it gives. Meloku wins the game it self (I'm not saying Tez is bad, I still have 2 maindeck).
(Kenji said, from a scale from 1-10, Morphling is 2-3~ and Meloku is 9-9.5)
Meloku is sick. It's almost the best blue creature in the game. Then it should, in theory, be good enough for Extended, right?
My version is very counter-light, but I believe in the Tezzerator-Archtype. You have (I think) good matchups against every deck. At least in my meta, which is something like:
Ravager Affinity.
U/x/x Tron.
Bant.

Is there any reason why you are not running Izzet Signets? Is is just because we Chalice for 2 alot?
I also run a Gifts Package so... yeah. Just getting ready for Extended season and thought I would ask a few questions. I guess it would help more if I posted my list. Here it is:

Not really. You still have the Chrome moxs to produce blue if you really need to and you still run plenty of regular islands to get double blue. And it will always hurt your opponent more than you.

TEPS is probably one of the best match ups for tezz post SB, 4 Chalice, 2 trinisphere, 2 ethersworn cannonist, 4 stifle.

It's also going to lose the fetchs which means the manabase will have to be reworked if we want to keep the splashes.
