Ok so i need help what should i do to fix it

Why do you need black? It's not really efficient. Just ditch the swamps and run monowhite. Forget the flashback.

Also Timely Reinforcements. Oblivion Ring. You need removal outside of Fiend Hunter with the fact that people do run non-creature threats.

Mentor of the Meek for card advantage.

Sun Titan also as a finisher to help bring back some of your smaller creatures.

Also, Gideon's Lawkeeper and Gideon's Avenger.

If you want to splash black, run Duals, Sorin, Lord of Innistrad, Go for the Throat, Vault of the Archangel.

If you have the Islolated Chapels to support the black for the Flashback, I would go ahead and do that. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother with black. Having Swamps is just going to hurt your consistency. If you do end up cutting the Swamps for the Flashback, then I would replace Lingering Souls with Midnight Haunting. It is the same card at that point, except that it is an Instant.

Shouldn't this be in the Standard section?

I agree that black is unnecessary other than flashing back Lingering Souls.
