I've been hoping for another colorless draw engine in Standard other than Temple Bell, but seeing as there isn't, I've decided to try it in a larger format.
Now that we have Reverberate, I feel that blue is somewhat superfluous in the deck. It may not have counterspells, but there's enough removal in this to blast anything they might throw out creature-wise. Wanted to run Molten Psyche, but it just seemed to bulky and slow, being a sorcery and potentially undoing any Runeflares I might have in my hand. It's a fun deck to play. Giving mono-red hand advantage always is.
It’s like the universe screams in your face, “Do you know what I am? How grand I am? How old I am? Can you even comprehend what I am? What are you, compared to me?” And when you know enough science, you can just smile up at the universe and reply, “Dude, I am you.”
I would add chaotic backlash and painter's servant to give you an alternate combo (may be as a board so that after game 1 you can board and they think they know what you are doing and surprise them by doing a completely different combo)
Thought Scour is terrible in BV. How many flashback spells are being run? Say roughly 15. This gives you a roughly 38% chance of milling one flashback spell. And even if you do, you paid one mana to cantrip and dump an overcosted spell. Alchemy, Geistflame, Devil's play, etc. all cost much more to flash back than your average card, so you're not getting full value out of it.
You'd much rather play Ponder. At least that generates a tangible advantage.
See, this is why I posted this, I play standard, I'm generally unfamiliar with the extended formats' cards. Spinerock would definitely go in here.

Font of mythos is good, but I see Spiteful visions being better in here. I mean, you are in red, and it helps by adding damage to cards drawn. Potentially worse vs. an aggro deck, though. admittedly, it's not quite as many cards drawn per turn.
4 Spinerock Knoll
4 Reliquary Tower
3 Burst Lightning
4 Galvanic Blast
4 Lightning Bolt
3 Tarfire
4 Runeflare Trap
4 Reverberate
4 Howling Mine
4 Temple Bell
4 Font of Mythos
