That's why Raking canopy is seeing all that play ins T2 eh?
Saying that a card is not strong enough is just the truth, and 4 cryptic command and eventual sideboard choices are enough to say "no" to a "non-winning by herself" card: even if it sneak out and hit mistbind (very difficult) who is stopping those 5 2/2 tokens? and mutavault? Runed Halo is no meddling mage, and it is just a sub par choice: fear of fae? burn them, disenchant them, destroy their lands, play enginereed explosives for 0, play istant removal so that their clique's champion ability fizzles, play uncounterable removal etc. Even gilded light is better against faeries than Runed Halo...
Runed Halo does something active while sitting on the board, raking canopy does not.
Sorry but It's not that 2 against one is something huge .
That's the point. Thanks for getting the point. You were saying it was being overrated to the "guys"- there's only 3 people saying its good and only that it's really good (in that it's effectively the bees knees against some critical cards you need hate against).
Opening a new topic about Runed Halo. Please move any and all discussion on it there from here on in since, as was said, we're far past talking about SDT.

I was originally going to type out a tl;dr point against each of your points, but instead I'm just going to direct you to Mike Flores's article on the faults of comparing economics to Magic where he succinctly explains how you're completely misevaluting the card.
