Hmm, I would prefer to name it something along the lines of Salvation with the tag [MTGS]. Also, I don't do Kurzick. They are all like
I've been Kurz for the majority of my time in GW. My first few guilds were Lux and gave me a bad taste in my mouth where they're concerned. Its easier to complete the Kurzick side of the Factions storyline because the Kurz quests actually give you enough faction by themselves. Plus I like Kurz armor better than Lux armor. Saving baby turtles is lame. Save the trees instead!
The only expansion I don't have is Nightfall.
I don't care much for Factions. The city streets are confusing as hell and I end up getting lost... then killed.

The Factions learning curve is rather steep and is a rude awakening for people who played Prophecies first. I remember bringing my then level 17 necro over and being puzzled as to why the henchmen where level 20 in Kaineng Center. That is until I went outside and got owned by Jade Brotherhood guys. Factions gets better as the storyline progresses. Lux and Kurz territories are more like Prophecies areas.
As for Nightfall, it gives you an easy button in the form of heroes and the game's overall difficulty is somewhere between Prophecies and Factions. Well its easy if you've unlocked alot of skills and enjoy title grinds. Ascension is a breeze in NF, though its not as fun as becoming Closer To The Stars(its my favorite quest chain in any of the games) imho. NF is the most beautiful of all the games. Vabbi is an absolute gem and Prince Bokka the Magnificent's(I swear this is a real NPC!) palace is worth a visit or ten.
Do you have Eye Of The North? If you want to find people on GW its in EoTN outposts. Z-quests lure people into other areas but only long enough to do the quest. *sigh* I haven't played in a while and I miss the dungeon running. There are dungeons I still haven't done in Normal Mode!
Yeah, I've got Prophesies, Factions, and EotN. Necros are fun as hell. My first character was a Necro/Warrior. I had an impressive sword skill chain, lots of energy, and Vampiric Bite (I think that's the name; it stole about 70 health) to heal and finish off foes.
I've also got a Warrior/Monk that has amazing self-sustaining survival skills.
I'm going on a vacation for about a week, but when I return I think I'll reinstall the game.
you can find me in game under this name, or a related toon name.
I have all three four campaigns, a level 20 of each profession (sans mesmer, they suck in pve), as well as most skills unlocked. I'm also a kurzick btw, tree hugging is better than turtle ... (not going there)

Even if the author is silenced, the performance is stopped, the story will not end.
Whether it's a comedy or a tragedy, if there is cheering, the story will continue on.

Clumsiness+Wandering Eye
Sympathetic+Ancestor's Visage
Echo+Arcane Echo+Cry of Pain/Ebon Vanguard Assassin/Sniper Support
VoR+Empathy+Backfire
If you do much Hard Mode, Mesmers start to become far more useful than the war+ele+monk trinity that people expect of MMO's.

I know that guildwars is significantly different from most mm's lol :grin3:. i'm still using the holy necro trinity because it synergizes with alot more. I've never actually found a spot that couldn't be vanquished with ease using 3 necros(heros), 2 monks (henchmen), and 3 whatever classes(generally me and 2 henchmen).
well, I take that back. Some of the prophecies ones that required hour long slogs just to get to them were annoying, southern shiverpeaks much?

Yeah if you're solo H/H, triple necro hero works better than most AI-controlled mesmers (they have great interrupt speed, but waste it on Flare and crap). Any human-controlled slots you have can make good use of Mesmers, so I wouldn't say they "suck."

very true. I found the AI to be very very frustrating until i learned that certain skills work much better on a hero/henchman bar. If made right, a hero does better than 90% of the players, simply due to them never EVER needing to use the restroom or get hit by lagspike.

*lol* I forget the game isn't easy for people who aren't Necros themselves. I generally only use one Necro hero because I sort of hate it when everyone targets the same guy and ends up with like 11 energy left. >.< I recently capped Assassin's Promise(I'm boggled as to why ANet hasn't nerfed it) and will be trying that on my Necro heros and probably the Mesmer heros too. Its weird but I don't generally pay much attention to my heros builds. They tend to do well no matter what skills you give them. I'm still baffled why everyone heals better than Dunkoro. I love that old dude but he won't heal me until I'm at like 33%.
