I've played several other CCGs through the years (including such gems as Wyvern and Marvel Overpower), but some of the ones I still play every now and then that have stood the test of time are the Dune CCG and Illuminati: New World Order. My friends and I have also tried games like Mythos and Brom's Dark Age, but we always keep coming back to Dune and INWO.

"...because without beer, things do not seem to go as well."
Magic - Honestly, I do...
Warhammer 40k CCG - It's overly complex, but I like the nostalgic value...
Munchkin - It's kind of a CCG, and also an awesome game...
I know how to play:
Pokemon - Sister
Sailor Moon CCG - Sister
Duelmasters - Friend Taught me...
Yu-Gi-Oh - Sad, sad, game...
Vs. (interest is already dwindling as of the Superman set)
Vampire: The Eternal Struggle (Whitewolf still releases sets every once in awhile)
GI Joe ( this game is awesome... I hope it gets off the ground)
I have since stopped playing:
Pokemon (I didn't learn to play... until after the game died out)
Neopets (I pick everything up once)
Yu-Gi-Oh! (I learned to play... that's it)
Doomtown (died out)
L5R (retarded)
Duelmasters (learned how, hated it)
In addition to card games I also play
Heroclix
Mechwarrior
Mageknight
DandD miniatures ( I play real D&D too but minis fits the theme I have going)
Faerie Meat (If you can find it... learn to play it)
Magic - This is the only one I still play on a regular basis Yugioh - I learned so i could play with my friends when i got bored. Pokemon - I still know people who play this. I still have my cards but i dont play that often. Duel Masters - I entered the Promo. L5R - I wish i could still play this but no one around me plays it anymore. Buffy CCG - Me and my friend got bored one day...... DBZ ccg - i learned how to play because of one of my friends .Hack//Enemy - I entered the promo Harry Potter - Magi Nation - Entered the promo Neopets - I dunno why i learned how to play this.....
Damn, still nobody says Warlord! All of you people who like L5R, you should check out if there are people playing Warlord in your area. They're very similar games. A lot of people who play Warlord also play L5R.

Used to play Pokemon. Stopped around when Rocket came out.
Tell me, does anyone else on this website play Pokemon? I really miss playing. So much fun. It ain't Magic, but it's a great way to pass the time.
I used to play Pokemon. I quit when the Neo set came out in English. I think what really ruined it for me was that I loved collecting the japanese cards, more specifically, the japanese Gym Leader packs. When they came out in english suddenly I felt like the japanese ones weren't as special anymore, and soon after quit. I always loved Team Rocket. I saw a display out at Walmart for whatever the latest set is and I felt really nostalgic. There's nothing honestly that bad about the card game or the game, but all the other marketing and crap gave it a really childish image and made it look bad in my eyes. I'd still rather play Pokemon than Yugioh anyday, though. Anyway I guess people must still play it, It's still alive. I honestly thought it would haved finally died way before now. Me and Lance pulled out a couple decks a few months ago and played a game. It took an hour to play one game with what were supposed to be good decks. Good god. I'm used to 10 minute Magic games.
Magic: Of course, but I am losing interest in constructed. I think it's just current T2 though. I'll most likely be re-interested once Mirrodin cycles out.
VS System: Great, Great game. I play it when I can (almost no players in my play area). I just hope Upper Deck doesn't **** up this game.
MechWarrior: Before it crashed and burned. It is now a semi playable kids game.
I know how to play Pokemon, Yu-gi-oh, and duel masters, but I dislike them, and have never actually owned a deck for them.
I have always wanted to try L5R though.

I used to play L5R i just can't find anyone to play it with me and i have thought about getting the new Vs. system but i just can't see myself dumping alot of money into another ccg. I forgot that that i play OVERPOWER but sadly no one else plays it.
I ussualy don't play other games. Not that I don't want to but I would have no one to play with. Used to play pokemon. Played a little bit of yugioh with my eight year old cusin but she has been converted to magic! Hurray! Stupid fragile yugioh cards. Oops! I put my deck in sleaves upside-down and it burst into flames.
People have been listing miniatures games, so I'd like to also point out I play Warhammer 40,000...
I dislike these games like D&D Minis and Heroclix and Mage Knight for the sole reason that the miniatures come painted... And the paint job on them is very very poor... I bought a Mage Knight box once and repainted all the minis... I liked my job better, but I didn't feel like paying extra so that the MK company could cheat me of money on poor paint jobs...
I only play Magic these days... but I have done the following:
Wywern - Horrible art. Non-logical flavor of some mechanics. Got a junkload for real, real cheap. Played for a year maybe. Still own a few starters and a bunch of boosters worth.
Overpower - Had a lot of fun with it! Played for several years in high school. Got into all of the expansions. I have a good amount of it, but seemingly can't make any good decks.
X-Men TCG - Meh. Bought starter and a good amount of boosters. Never played it much. Odd mechanics. Weird. Got them all for real dirt cheap.
New Star Wars - Last year bought the two player starter for $1. Had a good amount of fun with it. I like it. May play more in future.
Heroclix - Recently bought the two player starter out of curiosity. It's pretty fun, and I may buy more....
Lets see:
Vampire: Jyhad/Eternal struggle. Great game, true to its subject but slow, a tad difficult to truly understand and I never find enough people with enough time to really play it. Could have beaten magic if games didn´t last hours. CCG´s could use more adult themes.
Duelmasters: They improved on the mechanics of magic, but the game is hamperred by the lack of instants and the stack. But the shield system is a briljant design feature.
Neopets: I liked the website, the game is allright, but it is more of a boardgame. This could have grown on me if it was more populair.
Yugioh: I got interested because of the Gradius cards - and the freedom from mana makes this game a balancing act where you have to extend but not overextend. But it seriously lacks depth. The most annoying flaw is the fact that there are so much cards stricktly better then other cards, making collecting, and creating a relative competative deck just to much of a hassle.
VS System - I haven´t got around it. It is not that populair in Holland so my game test group is to small. I will soon though.
Arkham, the 1920's. Investigators battle horrors from beyond time and space, risking life and sanity while conspiracies of cultists and malign servitors seek gateways for their outer gods to return...
Soon, the stars will be right! Great Cthulhu shall rise!
I play LOTR. Well, not really play so much as hone my deck on my own. The guy I played it with left for college this year We really only liked the first block anyway.
I sort of used to play the Star Wars CCG...not the old one, or the new one...well, I don't know where to put the one I played, it was just based off Episode I...It was alright...
That's all really...I toyed with playing the DBZ CCG for about two seconds.
What we really need is an Evangelion CCG!
I choose you, ASUKA!

Marvel is great. It's just as complex as Magic, but is worse due to a smaller card pool. The only reason I don't play is I play Magic.
I used to play Pokemon, but that was way back. It was good, but too simple. Mage Knight took too long, and Warlord was good but strange and no one played. I have played a game of Yu-Gi-Oh. I try not to remember it.
