What other games (CCGs) do people play? I play a whole hell of a lot of Warlord... North Jersey seems to be the only place that the game is really thriving, but it's a really great game.
Please, if you post on this thread, don't turn it into a Magic > YGO, Pokemon > YGO, or a Pickles > Everything thread. We have enough of those, kind sir.

What we're doing here is akin to taking the text of Moby Dick, locating specific words therein, rearranging them to create a passage from Fight Club, and concluding from this evidence that Tyler Durden is based on Ahab.
I don't actually own any cards yet, but I've been the playtest dummy for many games of VS. It's a very good game, maybe even better than Magic, even... although it's pretty hard if you're not a mathhead.
Spock is not portrayed correctly. If Vulcans are above petty emotions, what motivates him to join the most elite starship crew in the galaxy? I, on the other hand, have transcended the weakness of emotion and achieved a blissful lack of caring. Apathy is my strength, our strength, which prevents us from being all-to-human. In this spirit, may Meh be with you, always.

Blasphemy!!! :evil2: I was interested in VS. since Kibler won 40G. I also know how to play Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh, but dont own cards from either, as they're too simplistic for me.
Played the original SW:CCG when it first came out. Played Duelmasters for about 10 terrifying minutes. And then bought into the whole 'VS System is fun' lie for awhile. But now, just Magic, til the day I die.
I use to "test" games and such. Like I tested DBZ, Yu-Gi-Oh, Yu Yu Hakusho, etc. But I dont anymore, I'm just too addicted and money spent on M:tG. You just cant beat the original
I used to play Vs. but there were to people in my High School who basically bought everything and won every time I played them. I do have several expensive cards (3x Savage Beatdown, 1 foiled) but I have invested so much in Magic, I couldn't invest the resources to start over. In a bit of joyous irony, he did try to take up Magic... Slaughterd him every game.
Payback is sweet.
I used to play Pokemon, and now I play Yugioh casually, I don't spend as nearly as much as I used to on it.

"If a bullet should enter my brain, let that bullet destroy every closet door." - Harvey Milk, from a tape that was to be played only after his assassination.
"Kids don't beat me, I beat kids!" - Homer
"Serve no master but your ambition." - Illyria
"The best government is the government that is powerlessly afraid of overstepping it's bounds." - Denver'D
I sort of play VS. While I don't actually own any of the cards, I do know the rules and it seems like an awesome game. I just don't want to dish out more money than I already am on cards.
Oh I've also played the G.I. Joe card game, which oddly isn't that bad. Though for me its less of a CCG as it is "buy a starter, play with only that" kind of thing. Spending $10 on something that you can use a few times wasn't that bad.
I don't think I could even remeber all of the card games I've tried over the years. Just off the top of my head...
Magic: The Gathering - The original and still the best. Jyhad - Fun game but never could organize large enough games to truly play the game as Garfield intended. Netrunner - I liked it, but none of my friends did. Star Wars (Decipher) - Loved the game. Thought it was one of the more brilliant CCG designs of the time. Unfortunately single card prices were skyhigh. L5R - Next to Magic this was my favorite CCG. Awesome in multiplayer, and even better with a little alchohol thrown in the mix. Star Trek (2nd Ed) - I tried to get into this game, but the game was lacking in the player interaction department. From what I understand the newer expansions have corrected the situation somewhat. VS. System - This would be my game of choice now behind Magic.

Sim City, Blood Wars, Rage, Middle Earth (the older one)
The original middle earth game was probably my favorite of these.
other than that, i played the GI Joe ccg for about half an hour, then it got boring and i went back to drafting triple CHK
