I have been told I am an atheist. What I believe is that science is God. The laws of gravity, the Laws of Newton, what explains the universe and helps us understand its creation is God. The phenomenon that led to life, and consciousness is God. Is there a physical being? A sentient figure? No. But, there are rules that the Universe must follow that I believe is God.
That's basically the same "God" Einstein was talking about when he said things like "God doesn't play dice with the universe" (objecting to the nondeterminism of quantum physics). If you want to call it panentheism, okay, but at that point you're basically defining god into existence because... why?
What you've described doesn't match most people's conception of the word "god". If you want to call that god, you're going to have to explain yourself every time you get into a conversation about it. Alternatively, you could say you believe in reality, which is a shorter way to reiterate your post.
Atheists can be:
-Weak atheists. "I don't believe in God, and I don't claim that God doesn't exist either." Most atheists fall here.
-Strong atheists. "I think God probably does not exist." I fall here.
-Or committed atheists. "I think that God definitely doesn't exist." This is a very rare position.
