About Mtgo costumer satisfaction, in one of the items it asks you to rank from 1 to 5 your interest in some possible new features like voice chat, deck rental, premium fee (pssst don't be interested about this one, it will give them an excuse for extra charge or worse "regular" service) and it finally appears Grand Prix on magic online.
to be honest. I was unable to rank my interest in GPs at 100 since the maximun was 5.
Sweet find! GPs would be great as long as they have as good prizes as irl GPs and don't suffer the same fate as online PTQs, that is, being multiple rounds longer than a paper equivalent while offering worse prizes.
Deck rental scares me because of the potential to devalue cards.
what scares me the most is the sole idea of some kind of premium system that might involve a monthly fee.
That would keep every single improvement to the whole client to the premium users and leave the rest of us (i already decided to not to pay any extra fees) with the stock client beta client.

If that's your "casual," what on earth is required for "formal," a butler in livery shuffling the decks whilst a pianist plays Brahms in front of a tapestry?

The account leveling thing is also very tricky, specially with the changes to the mopr that although made thing clearer for most of us, made it actually worse for all of us that do play a lot, but do not own a credit card to buy tix directly
What, you mean we don't already have grand prix's online? #gpptq
I would not be adverse to the idea of a gp being held online. It would probably break the attendance records for precious gps, including Charlotte and what Vegas will pull (that event sounds like it'll be a nightmare...wish I could go). I would just hope they don't skimp on the prize support if they come into existence.
If they let me play with my 1k legacy deck without having to drop another 1k to play it online, I would actually really appreciate that. Go deck rentals!!!!!!!!

This quetionaire makes me feel like they think they are almost done with the beta. I would rather have them finish that, so it doesn't crash and you can actually play multiplayer games in it without problems before donig new stuf.
I feel that it would be REALLY difficult to run a GP online in its current form, mostly because as far as I know (correct me if i am wrong) it would be subject to some regulations regarding to gambling.
the other thing is the schedule, one thing is to really want to play a PTQ online because you have time one day free, but 2 days for a GP is a whole different world for a client that has players from all over the world.
now, the pro points and the travel award would still be pretty atractive for some pro players, but i don't really expect the cash payout (anyway, outside of the top 8 it isn't that much money though...)

Also, integrated planeswalker points would be cool.
Thanks to Rivenor for the art.

I hate the reserved list.
Mythic rares are fine.

A MMO like auction house would be a big step back. The current bot chains provide a valuable service imo.
