I can't recall ever laughing this hard at any podcast, ever, or just about anything. I teared up due to laughter, and considering what was discussed in the podcast, it slightly concerned me. You have simultaneously made my day and made me unable to sleep tonight. Epic.
I am leaning towards the idea that you guys are just giving Conley a hard time about the baby powder. I find it very unlikely that you have a) never heard of using it and b) haven't used it yourself.
I use it all the time whenever I am going somewhere hot for an extended period. When the wife and kid want to go to Disney I like to take care of my "crotchal" region and prevent chafing. Nothing is more comical that watching a guy walk bow legged because of chafing. Its about as obvious as the long step to get out a wedgie.
As for a Magic response...my favorite deck ever was during Kamigawa/Ravinca Standard. It was Mono Blue Control with a Black splash.
well, NC gets pretty freaking humid during the summer months(two showers a day ain't no joke, dude), but I've NEVER used baby powder. ever. This was literally the first time I've heard about it, but considering the time it sounds like Conley had while he was there, I can't blame him for resorting to desperate measures.
