The title says it all. Please select the cards that you think are good in limited for the purpose of drafting. What cards are you happy to be playing in limited? Select as many as you think are worth playing in limited. Then discuss them as you see appropriate. For your assistance, I have auto-carded all the commons below...
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.

Kozilek's Channeler - It's a medium-sized fatty that can pump out other fatties or do a fair biut of damage. It's good on curve and fits into any deck (regardless of colour / theme) Scour from Existence - Though expensive, its versatility in what it can hit, as well as the fact that it can come out of nowhere, will make it quite a handy tool in an Eldrazi-focused deck.
Bad Eldrazi Devastator - It's huge, but I think it will be a bit too slow.

When reviewing custom cards / sets, I look for (a) flavour, (b) function, and (c) cohesiveness, generally through a risk focus.
Kozilek's Channeler is a beefy mana dork but he accelerates any deck pretty considerably, especially at common- very few decks wouldn't find a place for a 4/4 for 5 that taps for 2. Scour from Existence is expensive, but it's also premium removal- which might make it necessary if you aren't in white or black.
As far as limited goes, I'm pretty sure that all of them are, at the very least decent.
Eldrazi Devastator is pretty expensive; there is no denying that fact. But when it comes to limited, dropping this thing will certainly be intimidating. If you don't have any other better uncommon or rare bombs this might be fair enough to cover that lacking area.
Kozilek's Channeler is a fairly large enough creature where if you don't need the acceleration it will be okay, but if you have a lot of big bombs at that late game then this guy might really shine.
Scour from Existence can be alright, considering it will take out their bombs, but if you go against an aggro deck you might just lose before you even get to remove a single guy or maybe just one guy isn't enough at that point. Seven is a lot.
Why isn't Ruin Processor on this list? I've had several games where an early hit from a Sludge Crawler or Mist Intruder allowed me to process out, and then get back in the game. 5 life attached to a 7/8 is a massive swing, and hitting that mana has happened in at least 50% of my games so far.
I just missed it when I was making this thread. Thanks for the correction. I've updated both the poll and the OP to include ruin processor.
