The MTGS Rules no longer allow for creating box maps. We felt that there was too much potential for abuse and we didn't want to support a practice that a lot of people use to rip off others. Learning about and understanding that box mapping is a thing can be important, but that can be done without actually creating the tools needed to filter through packs. We understand that a fair number of people map boxes for completely legitimate reasons, but there are enough that we are not comfortable allowing our site to be used for this practice. Thank you.
-Galspanic Hey guys, I'm struggling a little bit with figuring out how this whole thing works. I went ahead and bought the Card Rebel's Black Book because the box I currently have my eyes set on is Zendikar. I read through it but I don't really understand how to use the map entirely and I think it's the collation that's throwing me off.
Apparently it's a 1:2:2:3:2 (I think) set, but I don't even really know what that means and I can't really find an explanation of it in the book. In the videos where I see him cracking Scars boxes (he says these are the same type as Zendikar so I assume it's applicable), it seems to me he's literally just counting slots, but I'm under the impression it's only that simple in 1:1 collation sets like 10th Edition.
I've been comparing the map against a sample box that appears in the book and I just can't figure out the trend (it's on page 173 for those who have it). Could anyone give me a little help with this? I'd really, really appreciate it. Thanks.

The collation is off for Scars as I've redone the mapping and hes missing a number if i remember correctly. I never done Zenikar, but if its 1:2:2:3:2 then it means, card from sheet 1, sheet 2, sheet 2, sheet 3 (which from what I understand just random for either sheet) then sheet 2. Hope that helps
Thanks, an explanation of collation was pretty lacking in the book, so that's good to know. Still, comparing it to the sample box I still can't find a proper match between the box and the map.
