This card is a lot worse than people say it is. 4RR for 5 damage is not very good at all. And the Miracle ability is cool, but is also very random. I'd actually be hesitant to run this in any deck that draws more than one card a turn (ie Blue). It would take a lot of consistent scry effects for this to be worthwhile.
We'll just have to see what the other Miracle cards are.
This can be very crazy in a format like legacy with brainstorm, or even modern where there are a lot of ways to manipulate what you draw. I don't know about standard, though--relying on these can be very swingy when ponder is really the only good way to set this up. Seeing this in my opening 7 would be one of the most disappointing feelings in the world, not to mention that you can't really play tricks with it. If you draw it, it's getting played. But this is why I like the mechanic--it introduces a lot of variance.
Is this mechanic going to open the game up to cheating? How can you be sure they actually drew it that turn? It's not as if we are conditioned to hold the cards apart at the draw step. If someone puts it into their hand not thinking about it and then tries to cast it how do we know they just drew it?
I am going out and saying this isn't too bad in limited since you only have 40 cards. I'll still run it since it is instant 5. But it won't be popping up all the time to kill all the things. We have a morbid card that is waaay more annoying at common.
I know they won't be drafted together. That is a good thing.

Well, it is as you draw it, so maybe if you put it into your hand, it will be considered too late.
yea R for 5 is awesome, but I really think it might be too situational. even with ponders runnin around.. but hey, what do i know. Exciting hype card at least that will be hotly debated till it is broken or sitting in the crap bin for sure

well everyone grab Sulfur falls while you can. lol. this card is so good though. with ponder setting it up perfectly AND it flipping delver, its a monster. even if you do have one in starting hand, thats fine. not great, but fine. if your running a R/U delver version, you should have alot of damge in by turn 6 for this to almost, if not kill them. very powerful
Maybe I'm missing something, but how will this work on mtgo? Is it going to be easy for my opponent to tell I drew one of these? Will it be a tactic to pause while drawing all the time?

For MTGO I think it'll be easier, they'll just set the software that there's no question. If it wasn't the first thing they drew for the turn, the software won't allow the miracle cost. I don't play MTGO, but that's how I imagine they'll handle it, or use some form of indicator to mark that the card was pulled with miracle active.
The real question is, how will this affect Cockatrice/MWS. Those platforms don't have any kind of strict rules enforcement, so the problem will be compounded there.
