Sweet deck! I like most of the cards but it feels a bit too slow. I'd strongly consider making room for a playset of Fellwar Stones, Coalition Relics or some other cheap color fixing mana rock to give the deck some extra speed and consistency. With six 4 drops, four 5 drops, two 7 drops and six 8 drops the risk of flooding in minimal and the reward for casting your bombs on-curve is extremely high. Obviously you'll have to cut some to make room for the aforementioned mana rocks but realistically you don't need that many 5+ CMC spells to reliably close a game of Magic. Just getting a single Agent of Treachery to stick should be more than enough because this deck should basically always be able to trigger the draw clause and at 4 cards a turn you won't have issues with fizzling out in the later stages of the game. I actually wouldn't mind seeing a third because that card is significantly more powerful than Mindleech Mass for example and it's cheaper to boot. One of my favorite meme decks to play has 4x Control Magic, 4x Corrupted Conscience, 4x Volition Reins, 4x Agent of Treachery and 4x Expropriate for the ultimate rubbins and you really do want to resolve Agent of Treachery as often as possible to dig for additional lands to fuel things like Expropriate (or Bolas in your case). Of course you can also steal lands, something that you often do with Blatant Thievery, which is perfect when you're trying to resolve something even more powerful like Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker or Expropriate.
Mana rocks??!!
Thats... that’s... That is like eating vegetables.
Do I have to?
All joking aside. I have a mana curve that’s 3x 12 cards. Zero to two mana, three and four mana, and five mana plus.
Almost all of the early and mid game cards have value in the late game.
Also I run six bounce lands and some card draw so I hardly miss land drops.
So... do I have to?
That said, adding two more agents sounds smart. Not sure if I’ll cut Mindleeches (‘cause those are cool) but drawing seven (1+3+3) seems like a nice endgame. I only bought two but they’re cheap so next time I’ll add those...
Thanks for your time!

In magic there's Harry Dresden, Fizban, Sethra Lavode, Dorotea Senjak and me...
My meta: 3 or 4 player free for all, anything goes but boring games or broken decks cause a vote to end that game.
Nope, but you still should :). Your curve isn't outrageous by any means but you're still going to lose to manascrew moreso than anything else. As long as you cast your spells reasonably on-curve you'll probably do just fine so anything that gives you a boost in the early game seems ideal.
Here’s an attempt at a casual theft deck.
Card suggestions are welcome!
(compliments or making fun too: better than no reaction)

Greater Gargadon, Molten Primordial and Sepulchral Primordial are alternatives for game finishers.
And, of course, Deadeye Navigator is bonkers with Sower of Temptation, Agent of Treachery, Primordials and Gonti.
They all work well with Agent of Treachery too :).

I'd consider some Rite of Replication too. 5 copies of Agent of Treachery is exactly where I would want to be, although it might be easy to deck yourself....
The Deadeye had me gloating for five seconds before I decided that was over the top.
The rite of replication is a cool addition though...
