The game plan is to quickly play heaps of creatures then sacrifice them to the altar for lots of mana to play game breaking spells (Martial Coup, Army of the Damned, Exsanguinate). Windbrisk Heights and Skullclamp make the deck very consistent.
I've been thinking about how to improve the deck. Having 12 big game breaking spells seems too much, I should replace some with Soul Wardens or Rhys the Redeemed.
Intangible Virtue could help boost your tokens without needing to splash green. Vigilance is also a nice effect to have in multiplayer. If you cut Army of the Damned and decide to rely only on white tokens, Honor of the Pure works too. Boosting your guys does put them outside of Skullclamp range though. Mobilization is also a good, constant source of little vigilant guys.
Emeria Angel would fit the deck very well, IMHO.
Good mid-range creature to defend with while you're waiting to resolve bombs. Generates a pile of flying tokens. Insane next to Skullclamp.

I'm also considering cutting black all together (8 cards) and adding green for access to Beastmaster Ascension, Aura Shards, Essence of the Wild, Parallel Lives, Glare of Subdual and lands like: Oran-Rief, the Vastwood, Pendelhaven, Gavony Township, Khalni Garden
Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite might be good too.

If you do splash green, you'll get access to some huge token creators like Crush of Wurms and Terastodon. There's also Saproling generators like Vitu-Ghazi, the City Tree and other game-enders like Overrun. One funny thing that you can do if you decide to go heavy green is Chord of Calling into a Progenitus or something.
Myr Sire seems like a bad Tukatongue Thallid.
B/W lets you run Zealous Persecution which could act as a mini-overrun/wrath.
Mentor of the Meek seems like it's needed.
I prefer Suture Priest in multiplayer as it punishes other players for playing creatures.
