Hello communities. I recently discover Magic, and more particulary the Commander Multiplayers format, and since, I can't wait to play a game. But I need a deck. After a few check on the web, I discover xantcha and fall in love with. I quickly fleshed out a decklist, but as I have say, I 'm a beginner and dont really know how to build a deck. So here, my question: someone for help me?
Your strategy should be to stay under the radar and punish only those who attack you. Cards like Kaervek, Psychosis Crawler, Oppression, Zo-Zu and Fate Unraveler will put a big target on your chest right away.
This deck does not combo out fast. Basically start out with a couple of mana rocks and protective enchantments, then wait for an opponent to make himself the biggest threat at the table. You give Xantcha to that guy and let the fun begin.
Definitely add Crawlspace and possibly Ensnaring Bridge. Instead of Oppression, Sire of Insanity and Delirium Skeins I would use Mind Twist and Bloodhusk Ritualist to strip the hands of the combo/control players. Again it's about not making the whole table mad at you.
I like that you have the monarch cards in there. The key is to let someone else take monarch from you, and then don't try to get it back. Let your opponents fight over it.
Do you not have access to Cabal Coffers and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth? Once it's down to you and the last opponent, then it's easy to just give him Xantcha and drain him out using those big mana engines. Look into Braid of Fire too. Since Xantcha's draw ability is instant, you can use the Braid of Fire mana in your upkeep to draw cards.
Oops I forgot the obvious Vandalblast to keep the Saheeli, Brudiclad and other artifact players under control.
You added Mindslicer, that is good haha. Wow, I did not know Ensnaring Bridge was $40.00 - HOW?
Note Sudden Spoiling is only 1 or 2 dollars and should be mandatory in every black deck. Wall of Souls is another blocker no one wants to attack into and it's only a dollar.
For a deck like this, where CBXantcha is suggesting creatures no one wants to swing into, you REALLY want Basilisk Collar. Suddenly, ALL your creatures are ones no one wants to swing into.
In something like this too, having Magma Phoenix with the collar is also hilarious. Even though lifegain isn't your primary thing, you can get an insane amount of life, all because one person didn't leave you alone.
People frown on them, but two of the recentcurses could be useful to you as well, encouraging 'redistribution of force', lol.

Add Smoke, Damnation, Decree of Pain, Sudden Spoiling, Volcanic Fallout and other removal to make sure you don't die to creature attacks. Hissing Miasma won't cut it. There's Koskun Falls, the black Propaganda too!
Maybe add a few blockers that nobody wants to attack into, like Vampire Nighthawk or Stuffy Doll.

There are a ton of resources to access nowadays. As starting out here are a couple on deckbuilding
https://youtu.be/yJ6m_3J1hjI thats command zone, they have many videos on deckbuilding. But take everything with a grain of salt, commander is alot of personal choices.

Is my own list, needs updating.
Best advise I can give is once you got a basic list brewed, playtest and tweak, playtest and tweak. Change out what doesnt work or you dont like for things you do or that may perform better.
