I put together an edh with Cromat as the Commander based on what I have left in my collection (which isn't much, to be honest). To fill out ranks of the odds and ends deck, I used 28 slivers of various abilities, but no sliver lords. Cromat is a blast, but the deck just isn't strong enough for the other decks in my group. So, partly due to the new Ramos, Dragon Engine, but also because I thought it might be fun to play a rainbow deck with rainbow heavies, I figured that this deck would be fine for both my group as a higher-level deck and OK to play at a store. Yes, it's ramp into battlecruiser, but maybe can avoid hated status like Mayael the Anima. Anyway, willing to budget for the slow-to-assemble build, though I have about 60% of the cards, already. Before I started, though I would see if you all have some suggestions.
Master Transmuter is fun with Ramos because you can remove the counters for mana and use one blue to reset Ramos so that the other 9 Mana you spend can be turned into more Mana

Is Master Transmuter even necessary? Don't get me wrong, I abuse the snot out of her in my 60 card Esper artifact deck. But here, cast one trout, activate, cast two more, and he's sitting with ten counters and you have three things out, which is probably all you would want to put out at a given time, all for 5 initial mana. Oh, and I like that Jund Charm trick. Great pyroclasm effect or graveyard hate on its own, and the counters option works like a super mana accelerator. Terror can be displaced by the Charm.
OK, after finally getting the chance to map my curve, the deck seems balanced enough to be viable mana-wise. But, felt I needed a bit more ramp, so:

Also Jund Charm is a really efficient 5 counters.
I guess the Transmuter might be for a different Ramos type build

As long as I can get to five colors quickly, I have a better chance.
