Hi! To begin, I think you will want to format your deck a bit in order to help readers review your list. I think that will lead to you getting better feedback from these forums. I would suggest you split "spells" into types of spells, like "Instant", "Sorcery", "Artifact", "Enchantment", and "Planeswalker". Then organize by converted mana cost. This allows readers to consider things like your mana curve and card types, which is vital to suggesting cards to add or remove.
In addition, you should consider using card tags in the section above your deck, which will quickly allow a reader to see the cards you're considering adding for combo purposes.
That being said, with your current list, how do you intend on winning? You have a ton of card draw, counter magic, and removal, but not much beyond that.
I see your list of combos you are considering adding. In terms of cards to cut to fit them in, I think your first cuts should be cards that are not vital to your plan. Cards like Gitaxian Probe, Serum Visions, Ponder, Anticipate, Thought Scour, Sleight of Hand, and Preordain are great in 60-card constructed magic, but lose some of their strength in multiplayer EDH, except in some lists (like storm). Since I do not see this being a storm deck, I think these would be good choices to cut.
In terms of picking combos to add to your deck, I prefer to choose combos where the individual pieces are useful even when I do not have the complete combo assembled. In the combos you discuss, most of them assume unlimited mana - where are you getting that mana from? After unlimited mana, there are 100 ways to finishoff players. I would focus on the unlimited mana first.
After you figure out your unlimited mana, then I would again choose combos that have pieces that are useful on their own, and are hard for your opponents to interact with. Laboratory Maniac is great, but most people run creature removal. I really like your Stroke of Genius type wins; however, that won't kill the entire table at once unless you have a way to return Stroke of Genius to your hand once you've cast it on one opponent. If you have infinite colorless mana, Dimensional Infiltrator can finish the entire table by exiling their entire libraries, or Essence Depleter can finish off the entire table with life loss.
I have added tags to the combo section for easier use and I have also organized cards into type category and added (CMC) next to the name. I will look over the cards you have suggested along with the cards I have in there and see what I can swap.
Another solid way to use your infinite mana to kill the table is Hangarback Walker, which also happens to be a decent card even if you do not have infinite mana.
So I've decided to pursue the Labratory Maniac + Doomsday as my primary win condition. I just need to figure out what Doomsday piles I want to focus on now. I'm going to do the Unlimited mana too but I'm only committing 4 cards to that theme.
Suggestion for cards to include for my Doomsday pules?

1) is there any cards that should be incorporated into the list as it stands as a control shell?
2) what should be swapped out to convert it to a complete combo (unlimited mana/mill/destroy) shell?
I would like to be able to transition between the two depending on the types of game, or to reduce the hate from combo-ing off.
Combo pieces I I am tracking now include (but I don't know what to take out for them:
Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron / Phantasmal Image (unlimited mana + Tooth and Nail to tutor for both creatures)
Tasigur, the Golden Fang + Blue Sun's Zenith / Stroke of Genius (Once I have unlimited mana to draw all my cards or deck opponent)
Seasons Past + Demonic Tutor / Beseech the Queen / Dark Petition (once I have unlimited mana to rip through opponents deck)
Labratory Maniac + Doomsday (almost instant win)
Algothian Elder + Maze of Ith (unlimited mana)
Reality Shift + Beast within (once I have unlimited mana to mill opponent)

I also think conditional counter magic is another place you can cut cards. Again, they can be very powerful in 60-card constructed, but are not as powerful in multiplayer EDH. Cards like Daze, Force Spike, Remand, Miscalculation, Spell Pierce, Spell Snare, Mental Misstep, and Censor could be swapped for combo pieces or hard counters like Arcane Denial, Dissipate, Rewind, and Dismiss, which all counter a spell and have an added benefit.
