MTG Salvation

Here is the list list for my Colorless EDH deck that can be led by Either the Butcher or Ceaseless Hunger. I need 14 cards to finish the list and I could use some help. The list is pretty budget so far and I don't really have the funds to spend much more on it. All the cards so far are ones i own or I can get from my LGS fairly easily. I will also be trying to get a Lux Cannon and Mana Vault today so we'll see how that goes. But ya any advice you guys have I would really appreciate I'm kinda having a tough time rounding out this list.

Deck list is finished what do you guys think?
I built a small voltron sub theme into the deck. Tried to highlight haste and trample in most of my equipment to make the big guys more of an impact the turn I play them. Finished out the deck this weekend and shouldn't be very much to get the rest of the stuff I need so fairly budget which is great! Anyways I appreciate any advice you guys have.

Commander:
Ulamog 2.0 or Kozilek 1.0

Matter Reshaper, Endbringer, Warping Wail, and Spatial Contortion are good utilities for a colorless deck. 39 lands is way too much. Cut four Wastes. I don't know much more with colorless EDH, but I wish you luck. It would help to know what your plan for the deck was; do you want to voltron people to death, go for combo kills, or what? Because certain decks will want certain things.

I usually also run higher than normal land count honestly but I could probably cut to 37/38 with all the mana rock's I'll have access too. I do have a voltron sub theme that kinda just happened. But mostly it's just and Eldrazi/artifact cards I own deck lol I do have the finished list now tho

Well I can tell you may want the other kozielk kozilek, the great distortion as a matter of fact Kozilek 2.0 is the number 1 commander for Kozilek (has the most colorless decks on edhrec.)

And also you want Emrakul, the promised end she's cheaper now due to the standard ban if you do you may want to consider Ugin's nexus so you can deactivate the repair turn after your mind control turn.

And Ofcoarse the new cards from Aether revolt paradox engine, planar bridge and possibly treasure keeper.

Lots of counter cards(as in, cards that ETB with counters) that you really should either scrap(to make room for the better stuff suggested), or make room to combo with stuff like Contagion Clasp or Contagion Engine. Either way you choose, Ring of Three Wishes should be one of the first cards to go...it's nice and all, but even for a colorless tutor, I think you're going to find it not performing well for you.
