This is a working decklist for Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker & Tymna the Weaver. The main theme of the deck is to develop value creatures with evasion, controlling the board, and recurring value over time. Please post your inputs and suggestions.
That said I may be taking it in a more neo-Edric route while you seem to be going a little more control-y, since I see you're playing a good number of curve-toppers and wraths, which I'd probably eschew in favor of more things small sneaky creatures, counterspells, and extra-turn stuff

Thanks for the input. I might have to try to include some of the critters with shadow.
I've been playing Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker with Reyhan, but I'm actually surprised how much of the game falls into it being just a Ishai voltron deck for the win-con. Like 80% if my games are won by hitting 2-3 times with her on a player. First player is 3 times, second player is twice and the rest are usually twice as well. I also play Tymna the Weaver with Thrasios, Triton Hero, so have experience with her as well. But I have not played the combination you have.
With having Ishai as a voltron win-con in mind, creature protection in this deck is very good. Play Swan Song, for extra mass creature countering. Also if you can afford it, Spellskite is very nice. Play Mother of Runes as protection and a further 1 drop.
Skullclamp is excellent because you can attack into creatures, and if they block you gets cards, if they don't block you get a card. Especially with Trinket Mage and Stoneforge Mystic being able to get it .
I don't know if you've intended this or not, but with Karmic Guide + Reveillark you can get infinite recursion with a sac outlet. So another 1 drop I'd recommend is Viscera Seer. Things you can keep recurring with it is Sower of Temptation to steal all the creatures on the board, and sac them to the Viscera Seer, as you need to sac the Sower as well. Baleful Strix infinite draw. Recruiter of the Guard gets all the toughness 2 or less creatures. Glen Elendra Archmage unlimited non-creature counterspells (given you have the blue mana). Clever Impersonator, Body Double and Phyrexian Metamorph, to whatever ETB effect you can abuse on the board. Stoneforge Mystic for all the equipment. Solemn Simulacrum and Knight of the White Orchid for as many lands as they will allow. You get the idea.
Then Ranger of Eos would be good in this deck, with 4 potential targets.
I wonder if Basilisk Collar is actually pretty great in this deck? The thing is that once people get blockers up that are bigger than yours, you get stuck. So this could be a nice little way of pushing an attacker through.
I'd play Brago, King Eternal with or in place of Venser, the Sojourner as you can just get more value in a single turn.
Cards to take out? The big stuff, its going to be scary tapping out completely once you've got your setup, and cards like True Conviction, Puppeteer Clique, Dragonlord Silumgar are kind of on the high side for this lean mean machine. Tragic Arrogance, seems like with so many creatures, you don't really want to be the one firing it off. Sort of situational for when there has already been a board wipe and your forces have been depleted, and you slow play to get value. Personally not a fan of Everflowing Chalice.
You can go down to 36 lands, because lowered the mana curve, and this deck is actually pretty low-curve aggressive. I personally like to risk it more, I would go down to 34 lands, but not everybody style to risk mulligans.

What do you think of the shadow creatures - Dauthi Horror, Soltari Footsoldier, Soltari Champion, Dauthi Hound, Thalakos Scout, Looter il-kor? They're almost unblockable, and aggressively costed. Not sure about the Hound or the scout myself, but Champion and Looter seems like auto-includes. There are Soltari Monk and Dauthi Slayer and more, but I think the double colored cost is prohibitive in a 3-color deck that wants to play them fast.
also coastal piracy and bident of thassa seem strong, since they're basically better versions of Tymna.

Tymna & Ishai, ie Esper Edric

I like the idea of Karlov of the Ghost Council, because Tymna has lifelink.
