Hi everyone, I have this Neheb deck that I actually really like. The only problem is that it is usually just a tad too slow and it runs out of steam if the original set up goes to *****. There are also some cards that I believe I want to put in the deck, I have no idea what I should take out. I am also open to more suggestions as well.
List of cards I want to include and why: Azor's Gateway - I have a lot of mana dumps and looting never hurts Cryptolith Fragment - Not sure if it is worth running a 3 drop mana rock even with it's damage Dire Fleet Daredevil - Most likely going to be used when I need removal in a pinch or when someone plays any card advantage Solemn Simulacrum - Ramp and card draw Steel Hellkite - Gets rid of enchantments and Iona
Blood Sun - Not sure on this one Doubling Cube - Seems good Rolling Earthquake - I need a way to kill creatures with flying. I will just take out Fault Line for it.
I've also found Repercussion and Mirage Mirror to be really effective, individually and together; or with the above mentioned cards.
Have you given any thought to the Eldrazi Titans. After a Flame Rift in a 4 person pod ripping an Newlamog can be adequate - terms of removing flying problems.

This problem usually comes from a lack of draw, but I see that you have a decent set of options there. The only ones I can think of adding are the Kozilek's, if you are consistent enough with your mana production.
Another issue might be cards that don't accelerate you or affect the board - Price Of Glory, Blood Moon, Stranglehold, so on. They are quality hate-cards for sure, but I consider hate-cards generally a luxury available only to decks with high density and solid draw options otherwise. With Mono-R being tutorless, you are basically married to your opening hand and early top decks. Two or more cards like that showing up in the same grip can be hard to draw out of.
