a few easy win cons off the top of my head, if you like infinite combos. Deadeye + Palichron plus mnimic wall take infite turn or any other crazy spells or blink your general and get more spells and stuff like that. up to you there is still many more possibility up to you to find the rest
Comrade! Dralnu is very definitely one of my most favorite generals of all time. Basically, my Thrax deck is Dralnu with a few red cards thrown in for effect. And I don't like it. Dralnu is very sad to not see play and is spiting me for my disloyalty! Haha, looking at your list, may I suggest a few things.
First, I think the best way to play Dralnu is combo control, which it seems you agree with. And I mean that this should be an all in kind of strategy. Drawing cards, countering spells, killing the things that matter, and then going infinite to the frustration of the table. Ah. But, that's kind of a cutthroat way to play Dralnu. If you're looking for a more casual kind of game, than here are the suggestions I have. PM if you want my cutthroat list. Oh, and are you on a budget?
Consecrated Sphinx -> Secrets of the Dead
The Spinx is straight up better. In lots of ways. It draws you more cards during more turns, and just takes over a game so fast, it's not even funny.
Cryptic Command is freakin' awesome. It is/was called the Blue Wrath because it's fantastic at what it does. You could easily replace it for Lost in the Mist.

I'm a litle short on win conditions - any ideas?
Also are there any key cards I am missing that will make this deck a lot better?

Since you're already in a Time Spell kind of theme, I might suggest going Planar Portal + Beacon of Tomorrows. It goes infinite with enough mana (I strongly recommend getting Cabal Coffers + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth) and then you can win with whatever way you want.
