Looking to use Niv as a card advantage engine to keep my hand full of control elements so he can go in for the kill effectively using equipment and a few extra combat cards. This list is a rough draft as I've only finished the brainstorming of the deck, any feedback or suggestions would be appreciated.
I was considering trying to use more extra combat cards and/or time magic but I wanted to avoid infinites so they got cut because of the amount of recursion I had in the list.
