Finally made this Rebel deck I've been planning for months! Thanks to ISBPathfinder for the inspiration and ideas haha~
I've been making various EDH decks with what I have around. Funnily, I've never made a mono-White deck before. (And I'm sure I've tried for the other colors hahaha) I'm just glad to head back to the color I'm most comfortable with.
I like playing Combo and I also like the Defensive playing style. So Lin Sivvi fits quite well here! There's also something fun about building a Tribal deck. I dunno, I guess it's just fun? Hahaha!
There are some cards here that are placeholders for others. Like Scout's Warning can be replaced with Winding Canyons once I get one.
Usually I use this deck for 1v1 against other people in our LGS. But when with friends, it's used in the Multiplayer scene.
Since I'm planning to use this as my main deck (sorry Vhati il-Dal), I'll be constantly updating this once new sets come out or if better replacements show up.
NOTES:
1. Have to fix-up the NONREBEL creature base
2. I have to lessen / optimize the wrath effects
3. Optimize the ARTIFACT / ENCHANTMENT removal
4. LAND choices must be improved
Reveillark - when it comes to creature reanimation you need to look at what you have as targets. For me it was mostly the rebels and I found that often I was unwilling to spend a spell to try to reanimate them specifically when I could tuck and re tutor them instead.
Fated Retribution -> Rout its a small change but somewhere in the long run its worth considering. Rout is better of the two due to the versatility.
Wing Shards its decent but with how well this deck defends itself I am always more cautious of the creatures that don't do attacking than the ones who do. Try to keep your removal as options for creatures that dont attack like Consecrated Sphinx / Deadeye Navigator / Prophet of Kruphix and such like that.
Topple sorcery speed removal should be avoided when possible. It also takes the targeting away from you which is generally not a good thing.

Actually, I really don't know why I placed in Reveillark and Topple. Maybe it's just cause I can't find a better replacement from what I have on-hand?
And good call on the Rout. Should've gotten it in our LGS when I had a chance. It was a little under 2 bucks.
The Wing Shards though might become some stax-combat-related card. Just not sure what I can put.
Still looking for a (cheap) copy of Worthy Cause and Miren, the Moaning Well. Here, they smack the prices hence making it more difficult to obtain.
Oh, what do you think about that newly-spoiled: Fell the Mighty?
You can Mirror Entity for 1 then cast it for good wipe? A friend of mine plays Mayael and stompy-faces everyone. I think it's a good wipe (while Avacyn isn't there to protect them yet)

It runs the issue that it targets a creature still which is a bit unfortunate. Retribution of the Meek can also function very similarly except you wont be taking out other utility creatures but it also costs less and doesnt target. There are pros and cons to both really but it seems like a decent option.

Some combos / synergies in the deck:
Pariah + Cho-Manno, Revolutionary (soft lock)
Guilty Conscience + Stuffy Doll (single player kill)
Task Force + Outrider en-Kor + Animal Boneyard (infinite life)
Distorting Lens + Lawbringer or Lightbringer (quick exile)

Overall, your list looks fairly good though. You might consider adding Worthy Cause and Miren, the Moaning Well as more combo pieces to play the place of Animal Boneyard. If you want to go crazy and buy something big Diamond Valley also fits this role.
