Greetings! I've been brewing this list for a month or so but I've hit the point where I do not know what to cut.
The Deck
I'd hate to say this is a stereotypical Jarad deck, but it more or less is. Dredge a lot of cards, sacrifice creatures, and reanimate threats / utility. I did throw in Birthing Pod though so there's that.
As it stands I am 11 cards over, including the general. I would love suggestions, comments, or critiques on the list.
It appears that after I add it up and with the list being accurate that you are 3 cards over. And on that note I would consider cutting Ravens Crime, Wall of Blood, and maybe a Mana dork. Also Craterhoof is a solid wincon especially when paired with Avenger of Zendikar so I would not consider dropping the Avenger if you are acquiring the Craterhoof. Well that's my thoughts and hope it helps!
So I overlooked enchantments 3 times -_-' a real derp on my part. But in which case I would suggest cutting a reanimate card, perhaps exhume, I had come upon a similar dilemma in my dredge deck. I also don't see any particular reason for SoLaS. Might I also suggest the removal of Stinkweed Imp and either the removal of either Varolz or Stronghold Assassin. And have you ever heard of Mirror-Mad Phantasm?
I think Im with you on removing exhume. I have so many other ways of bringing creatures back, exhume may have negative drawbacks.
SoLaS is there to get cheap utility creatures back from the graveyard, such as an evoked Shriekmaw, a sacrificed Yavimaya Elder, etc. It is also there in case I dredge over something big I'd rather save, such as Avenger.
I think Ill wait on cutting Stinkweed just yet until I playtest with him. He's a great early rattlesnake, plus his dredge 5 is fantastic. He also holds a sword like a champ.
I will remove Varolz, however. While he was there for a plan B win con, he may be too mana intensive.
I have indeed heard of Mirror-Mad! He's a champ in my Sedris Reanimator (I am a sucker for reanimator decks, I have two others).
Yeah Stinkweed would probably look good with a sword haha. But I understand those points. Also as a suggestion with another few skims, Natural Order may not be as high impact as well as Foster which will hit utility more than targets which then again I have never playtested in dredge. Not a big fan of the charm either. And as far as Wall of Blood goes, id consider Lord of Extinction as a sac to Jarad wincon.
Maelstrom Pulse, perhaps? It has the downfall of being a sorcery, but it hits most permanents and if, for example, three people at the table have Sun Titans, you'll kill all three.
Lord of Extinction could be another wincon. He gets pretty big rather quickly for you to fling.
And lastly, Phyrexian Reclimation could be a good fit. It can also save creatures you'd like out of the graveyard.
Hopefully I'm of some help. I'm using the other half of RTR Golgari, and giving advice on reanimator is a little weird, and I apologize for that. >.<

OUT -> IN
Llanowar Elves -> Craterhoof Behemoth
Varolz, the Scar-Stripped ->
Exhume ->
Grave Titan -> Lord of Extinction
Golgari Charm -> Maelstrom Pulse
Added Phyrexian Reclimation
Thanks for looking!
Lets see, Raven's Crime is in there for Life from the Loam / Crucible of Worlds shenanigans, but you might be right about cutting it.
Wall of Blood is in there to pay a boatload of life and sac it to Jarad, hopefully killing the table.
I think I will cut a mana dork or two. I might have too much creature ramp.
Craterhoof is in.. Why not.
Thanks for the suggestions!

I'll go with Lord of Extinction as another sac target.. cutting Grave Titan perhaps?
Thanks for the Maelstrom Pulse, Airithne. I'll throw it in there for testing, as well as Phyrexian Reclimation.
There are so many worth while cards it seems as I cut one I cant help but replace it with something..
