It runs rather smoothly, I get lots of mana out, I can get enough counter spells to stop my opponent, draw a lot of cards, make creatures huge, swing for lethal. It can be a little sloppy at times, but for the most part, I have enough backup plans to keep me afloat. I would like some advice on my mana curve and what isn't good, what is, what I should add. Keep in mind I can be a budgetary, but I can put a card on the list for a future purchase.
I personally prefer a reanimation based deck over relying on the general because they get exiled after you get copies of them. I'd personally run a lot of reanimation over the plasm due to how faster and more reliable it is.
I have a deck list in my sig that has a pure reanimator plasm deck if you want some ideas on discard, counters, fat creatures, etc

Hey guys so I've actually moved on from commander on to 60 card decks so I don't have any commander decks.
Anyway I've started my own gameplay channel in which I play games (Magic also)

I thought about doing Mormir and some more cards that tutor, but I usually always like to draw instead with Fathom and Prime Speaker. And for draw/discard power, Mimeo is mind of there for show. Sure, I'll play him if a Avacyn or Progenitus or what is in a graveyard, but I prefer a strategy of trying not to depend on Commanders to much. now I know that's what the formats called, but I felt that with some previous EDH decks I had(Prosh, Bruna, Niv-Mizzet Firemind) that my deck's main strategy focused on them, and it was quite hard to protect them, especially in a multiplayer game. But I probably will do one or two tutors, and try a draw engine. Anything else, is anything in my deck outstandingly bad?
From what I see you focus on doubling counters a lot more than the reanimation aspect. I'd remove the cards that focus on increasing counters because that doesn't do anything for any of your cards except your general.

Well first off, I would drop some of either the keyrunes or cluestones for Signets. Getting them down a turn earlier is pretty important especially as you appear to be going aggro. Grab an Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth for color fixing and to enable Filth.
You need more card draw. Like a lot more. Recurring Insight and some card draw creatures (Mulldrifter) would be good.
Consider some equipment so that some of your less awe inspiring creatures can still swing away.
I would love to, but currently my car is out of commission and I have a puppy to take care of. I may try and make it on Tuesday (though I need to train for my black belt test so we shall see).
I work all day tomorrow. I used to go all the time, but lost interest for a few reasons. However, I have recently begun to go on Tuesdays. Not consistently due to various conflicts, but I am definitely interested in playing again. Message me if you want me to be more specific about who I am.
If you enjoy +1/+1 counters so much may I suggest a different commander? Have you tried Experiment Kraj or Vorel of the Hull Clade? Just a thought. The Mimeoplasm can be amazing but really lends himself to a strong Reanimator theme.

Frantic search, Thirst for knowledge, Forbidden alchemy are all cheap ways to get creatures in the graveyard.

Survival of the fittest, Entomb, Demonic tutor, and Vampiric tutor as fast as possible. These are the best cards in my deck and even in a budget version I'd put them in. They are that good.

In OP I said this:
"I get lots of mana out, I can get enough counter spells to stop my opponent, draw a lot of cards, make creatures huge, swing for lethal"
Which it does pretty much every game, I just need a bit more of a smooth way to do it.
