MTG Salvation

When I saw the new Jeskai Khan, Narset, Enlightened Master spoiled I immediately knew what I had to do. I had to build a control deck with her that runs no creatures and tries to get her into play, suit her up with equipment, and then get all the value. At first I wanted to run a 0 creature build but that doesn't seem super viable because UWR has so many great controlling options. Right now the deck is kind of budget because all my copies of the swords and fetchlands are in my French deck.

Can I have some feedback on this deck? I really want to turn it into my premier Multiplayer decklist (right now I play Kira Aggro-Control)

I think Narset has an incredible amount of potential to be a fun and competitive general in multiplayer without being so broken that no one wants to play against it.

Have you considered Aurelia, the Warleader for some extra combat steps?

I think Bonfire of the Damned is not good for Narset. Because,if Narset exile that, it will become useless.

I remove all X cost spells from my Narset EDH deck, and put some powerful auras and equipments into my deck(Eldrazi Conscription, Angelic Destiny,Sword of X and Y, and so on). I think Narset's biggest problem is low damage, So I put that cards.

Also, I think token generators are useful in this deck. (Hero of Bladehold, Elspeth series, etc)

What about Seize the Day and some ways to protect her?

Countetmagic not named Cryptic Command and X spells seem like a strong nonbo with Narset.

You definitely want Mass Calcify for this deck, because if you flip into it with narset, it could be a one sided sweep, and all X spells become invalid with her as well. Also, because she exiles, Memnonic Wall won't have very many good targets, and I'm not quite sure what you have Quicken for, it would be a dead draw most of the time. And instead of Twist Allegance, I'd run either more time magic or permenant theft cards Sower of Temptation

If you want to run so many wrath effects, try using Darksteel Plate. It would do wonders for this deck methinks.

I would Ditch All X spells and Most Counters.. Maybe Toss in aquire something Like Tidings or Opportunity. Blatant Thievery would be awesome If ya get a few Sac outlets in your deck Insurrection could be great. Omniscience could be really good if can hit it with her.. maybe play enlightened tutor. Even though I hate this card Mindslaver toss in Academy Ruins. Helm of Obedience might be another nice card. Just an Idea or two after seeing what you're aiming for.

ditch the counter magic and get as many copy target spell effects in it. You will be abble to feed of your oponent best spells power up yours and wreak face with stuff like twincasted blatant thievery.

scroll rack is a MUST for this deck. Choosing which four cards you want to cast with her before attacking is amazing. also vedalken orrery will allow you to cast all the non-creature spells you exile during the combat phase (very helpful if you are running auras). A second leyline shouldn't hurt
