The deck can make some decent storm counts. Mind's Desire was added so that I could get dragons into play after big storms. I wouldn't Epic Experiment for less than 9, just in case you hit Dragonstorm. It's pretty fun.
The main issue is that even with a big storm count, you can't always kill everyone. Time Warp helps with that. Also, sometimes you turn into a dragon beat down deck, but that's fine.
