It's a bit pricey to equip, but Blade of Selves seems like it should be an auto-include with Hope...why turn off one opponent when you can turn them all off?!
Also seems like Cloud Key, Foundry Inspector, and Mycosynth Golem might be worth including to offset the cost increase you're imposing on everyone's spells (or make your artifacts cheaper/free).
Blade of Selves doesn't work with Hope of Ghirapur - state based effects apply before you can sac HOG to his ability, so the copies die before you can use them.
