Luminarch Ascension + Solitary Confinement = Provided your opponent allows this to happen, it's the perfect way to get the Luminarch Ascension with 4 quest counters.

Intruder Alarm + Bloodline Keeper = Infinite tokens
Bitterblossom + Contamination = Sustainable Mana Lock
Rest in Peace + Web of Inertia = Opponent creature lock
Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth + Mana Web = Nasty mana lock
Isochron Scepter + Demonic Tutor = Continual tutor function
Land tax + Scroll rack = free cards!
Sakashima the Impostor + Zur the enchanter = clone function for Zur/Twice the enchantment fetch
Copy Enchantment + Greater Auramancy = Total enchantment shroud
Helm of Obedience + Rest in Peace = Infinite deck mill
Luminarch Ascension + Solitary Confinement = Provided your opponent allows this to happen, it's the perfect way to get the Luminarch Ascension with 4 quest counters.
Phyrexian Arena or Necropotence or Bitterblossom + Solitary Confinement = All the good effects of those cards without the damage.
Vanishing + Zur the Enchanter = Protection from board wipes. The phrase "phases out" basically removes the card effected from the game.
