I gotta say, I was intrigued by your idea, but I don't understand a lot of your choices. It seems like you're trying to run this as a combination Affinity and Tempered Steel deck, but to me it just looks like a lot of weak choices for multiplayer EDH.
I'm not sure what you have Urza's Incubator in there for. Naming Myr? That doesn't seem like it is going to do you a lot of good overall. I think you'd be better off with a regular mana-rock like Than Dynamo, Worn Powerstone, or Deamstone Hedron.
Speaking of Myr, I don't really like those much either. They aren't particularly aggressive, as 1/1's for 2, and I can't see them helping you out with your mana fixing all that much. If you are trying to do that Affinity-TS hybrid that I mentioned, look at the type of threats they were running: Arcbound Ravager, Frogmite, Myr Enforcer, Vault Skirge, Cranial Plating, Etched Champion, and the like. These are much more aggressive, and more likely to cause some sort of impact on the game.
I'm a big fan of the Sword of the Meek + Thopter Foundry combo in an artifact deck. The foundry is especially useful as a sac' outlet for many of your permanents. You can also turn extra mana producing artifacts or artifact-lands into life+chump blockers.
If you end up keeping the Urza's Incubator + Myr, then take a look at Glimpse of Nature. You can start to chain your free creatures into cards, like an Elf-Combo deck would.

...Also...with Urza's Incubator, could I not name Artifact Creature? Or no?
No, you can't. Artifact creature is a card type, not a creature type. One card that you could use for a similar effect (if you really did want it) is Semblance Anvil. If you imprint an artifact creature, both your artifacts and your creatures will be reduced in cost.

No, you have to name a creature type. Artifact is a supertype as are enchantment, planeswalker, sorcery, instant, and land. What it says after the hyphen is know as a subtype. you need to name a creature subtype
I think that If you are going to play an Artifact deck with Child of Alara as your General, You need to either play more cards like Darksteel Forge or just replace him for another one that interacts more with your deck idea.

Added darksteel forge! How else can I make this deck better, been looking for a glimmervoid too.

If you did want the Myr for their mana production, you could look into Springleaf Drum and Paradise Mantle as options.
Stoic Rebuttal, even in an artifact deck, is just a worse version of Counterspell.

If you're thinking about any of the equipment I mentioned, I'd really recommend Stoneforge Mystic or Steelshaper's Gift. They're fantastic.
