The big questions I can see coming is, why the cuts of Damnation, and Pernicious Deed? The main reason is the my play group frowns on total board wipes. So Plague Wind and Living Death shy away from that. Boo Yah.
The other, is the cut of Black Market. Well, I no longer have this card but I needed a decent substitute. Liliana has filled that void and then some. She is a pseudo mutilate against those pesky indestructible guys, and if she goes final she is a freaking awesome ramp.
I welcome any and all comments. Looking for a more competitive deck. Any comments will help.

Your threat suite is pretty light. Most other builds are in the 30 creature range. Sewer Nemesis is a shoe-in, and Fleshbag Marauder is a staple for multiplayer match-ups. On the same note, I think your reanimation package is way too high. I count nine ways to reanimate guys, but only four ways to get them into the graveyard (the two dredge cards plus Buried Alive and Entomb). I would start by cutting the weakest spells, namely Zombify and Vigor Mortis. Also, why no Living Death? It acts as a late-game win-con with a full graveyard and an early-game sweeper.
Necrogenesis and Golgari Germination seem bad here. The deck looks like it wants to play reanimator, but these two fit much better in a Stax build (e.g. Savra) that care more about sacrificing lots of small guys. I don't think they do much without the support of cards like Butcher of Malakir, Attrition, or Sadistic Hypnotist (to name a few).
Disciple of Bolas NEEDS to be here. He's extremely multi-functional, acting as a sac-outlet, card advantage, life-gain, and a chump-blocker all in one. Along the same lines, Greater Good is fantastic in any deck making large guys on a regular basis.
Although not necessary, Rite of Consumption or Essence Harvest could be cute. Kresh decks like to run these alongside Fling, and they port well over to Jarad.
**Bump** because of changes and interactions added.

Pack Rat + Veilborn Ghoul is hilarious in Jarad, I order you to use it.
Also, Survival of the Fittest is amazing if you can afford it. Grisly Salvage is another decent card for the deck.
Thank you for this. I was really trying to think of what I could throw in for a discard outlet. Pack Rat will be amazing for this. I will try Veilborn Ghoul and see how it does. Also, as of right now Survival is pricey but I do want to get one.
Finally, Grisly Salvage will probably be a shoe in. Ill have to test play it first but I think it could fit.

Strangleroot Geist seems incredibly meh here. The interactions you have him in seems pretty crap as well. I'd suggest replace him with literally anything else. Rendclaw Trow would be better imo, if only because he combos with Mikaeus.
I agree with the poster above that Golgari Germination seems bad. I guess if your meta is really aggro heavy and the chumpers come in handy it might be ok, but spawning pit might be better imo. It essentially does the same thing while giving you a sac outlet as well.
Golgari Keyrune seems like a wasted slot as well. You are in green. You have access to the best ramp in the game. I'm sure there's a better card more deserving of that spot.
You are running a ton of single target removal as well. You should probably cut that number down some considering this is supposed to be a multiplayer deck. Maybe try Innocent Blood to go along side Fleshbag Marauder and Barter in Blood.
Some cards I have found amazing in my Jarad list would be Birthing Pod, Genesis, Moldgraf Monstrosity, Attrition, Kessig Cagebreakers. Birthing Pod really is just plain nuts though. Like, it should be in every Jarad list. I haven't lost a single game that I have managed to stick it for more than a turn or two. It just feels broken in a deck like this. Sac outlet, graveyard tutor, ETB abuse. It's got everything.

I have already taken Strangleroot and replaced with Genesis a while ago. I forgot to switch it on here. Rendclaw is probably something I will not use . (It is not in the direction I want to take the deck)

As for Keyrune, I am not unhappy with it yet. I might end up cutting it for Birthing Bod. More than likely I will. Thank you.
As for Golgari Germiniation, that too is out. I thought I updated this list but apparently I didnt do a good enough job. LOL
As for the spot removal, I am a fan of innocent blood. It just slipped my mind .
Thank you for the responses. Any thoughts on land/ non-basic land. Hermit Druid is being very lack luster and is not living up to his potential like he should.

Hermit druid can really be as good as you want him to be. Anywhere from worthless to one of the most broken cards in the game, and it all depends on how many basics you run.
At the moment you have 25 basics. That means you have roughly a 1 in 4 chance of drawing a basic, which means on average Druid will mill 3 cards. I'd say that probably doesn't make him worth it really. Now, if you could cut your basic count down to 10 lets say, that gives you a 1 in 10 chance of nabbing a basic, which means on average you will mill 9 cards. That's a lot better obviously, in fact I'd say he's probably worth the slot at that point given he nets you a land in hand at the same time.
So yeah, if you can cut the basic count down, do it and throw him in. But if you are like me and can't afford the full mana base, then the Druid isn't worth it. Personally I have mine warming the bench till I fill out my mana base better.

Need help on GY hate. Is it worth running anti-GY hate. I've played around it but Bog, Crypt and Phyrexian Furnace(new card in my meta) is crippling. Just looking for ideas. I know some use Ulamog and a discard outlet. ( I dont run a lot of discard outlets and Ulamog, in my opinion is anti-synergistic with Hermit Druid Plus Ulamog is sitting nicely in my Animar deck). Thoughts?

Beyond Ulamog, there isn't much. The only options that exist are extremely narrow (e.g. Witchbane Orb) or don't have much impact (e.g. Riftsweeper). Although Bojuka Bog can be very difficult to fight, Krosan Grip answers the myriad of other popular options (Tormod's Crypt, Nihil Spellbomb, Relic of Progenitus, Leyline of the Void) quite well. TBH, it's better to adapt your play style to combat grave hate rather than trying to include silver bullets. Just as an aggro player tries not to overextend into a Wrath of God, you shouldn't overextend your graveyard into a player you know is packing Bojuka Bog.
Any graveyard strategy is risky. Since most reanimator strategies try to utilize the graveyard as a second hand (or second library), most savvy players will try to punish that strategy hard. Unfortunately, the graveyard is one of the easier resources to deny.

I have adapted my game play a little. Its just hard to get past the Timmy in me and drop my bombs and raise the dead.
