This is my Kemba, Kha Regent commander deck. I am not entirely sure if I should focus towards a tribal or a control build just yet, but I am leaning towards a control build with Hokori, Dust Eater and agressive early play. This deck I feel has a general approach and has performed well so far, but I am continually updating and play testing in order to fit the meta at the place I play.
I've edited my deck a bit after a bit of play, changing a few things around. I felt it needed more creatures as investing everything into Kemba means that if she gets removed too many times or shuffled into my deck, I cannot do alot. I added more plains as I felt that I was getting dead draws when I was mana starved, I feel that improving the mana base might help with that a little. I added the Kaldra set as I like the idea of it been able to make a legendary token and equip to that, giving me extra options if I have no creatures I am able to play.
I've calculated the totals on cards and I had to take out Linvala, Fireshrieker, Argentum Armor and Cavern of Souls despite having only 100 sleeves in my set of sleeves. I am also considering taking out Sword of Body and Mind as it is the weakest and reducing down the number of board wipes to only 3. I think that I have plenty of removal as it is but not enough creatures, and this deck needs to be able to survive without Kemba if I have the misfortune of having her shuffled into my library.
Are you running Sword of Body and Mind for the protections? I'd say, swap it out for Sword of War and Peace. If you're in a blue-heavy meta, the burn for cards in hand will help you plenty. More than milling ten, or getting a wolf.
I think White Sun's is decent enough to put in there. Especially if you add a mana doubler or two more (Extraplanar Lens and Gauntlet of Power come to mind).
Sculpting Steel lets you copy any of your artifacts, and might save you a couple of times.
I'm not sure if Etched Champion is worth it? Are you planning to load him up with equipments?
I just playtested it then, Etched Champion is worth it since he's really difficult for other players to deal with, if you load him up with a Sword of Feast and Famine he's pretty broken. I really liked Hokori, Dust Drinker so I'll keep him mainboard. I thought I had an extra planar lens ordered :< I guess it I forgot to add it.
Scupting steel is pretty good but I have to start cutting good cards now so I'm not sure if I would run it, I guess I could give it a playtest.
I am also tempted to run a neat combo with Norn's Annex and Angel of Jubilation which means non white players cannot attack me (and the angel buffs me to boot).

Hokori, Dust Drinker is a great card in a Kemba build. Hell, any form of control and land lock-down is really great given Kemba's ability if you wanted to consider adding a little bit of that (Static Orb, Winter Orb, Armageddon, etc.). This deck looks great as it is though.

Thanks, I'll keep play testing it and give my thoughts back to the community. I am still new to EDH but I am enjoying this deck alot more than my other Glissa, the Traitor deck I also own (which I am improving). It has a great deal of aggression and can catch control players out before they're ready to deal with me, a thing that I feel will only get better when I add mirror entity and reveillark to the mix for agressive recursion. 2/2 tokens themselves are not to be sneezed at, they can trade and chip very well for the ease I can get them. Mirror Entity is also fairly broken with a Coat of Arms on the field as it pretty much can end the game there and then if my opponent cannot fog while I have tokens out.
I know that it is purely 'goodstuff' but Karmic Guide is awesome. If you plan on adding Revillark combo it gets even better. Not to mention its good at getting back and Elesh Norn.
I would consider High Market in this deck. You don't purely rely on your general but it would still be nice to have a way to protect it from cards similar to Oblation and Hallowed Burial.

That is the underlying idea behind my own Kemba deck. Lockup the board, create a flood of kittens that are pumped by various enchantments, and then let the claws come out. It isn't the most consistent deck, but there is something awfully satisfying about having the table you're playing on covered in cat tokens.
I am also tempted to run a neat combo with Norn's Annex and Angel of Jubilation which means non white players cannot attack me (and the angel buffs me to boot).
I'm not a rules guru, but I'm quite sure they're not activating an ability, when paying the tax for attacking into Norn's Annex. You might want to ask that question in the rules forum.
I've changed the deck a bit and added a bit of explanations for the picks. Its missing a lot of cards that I really like for that 100 card mark but I had to strip it down to its basics. I would appreciate any further feedback and questions.

If I can hit plains threshhold, Emeria, the Sky Ruin is amazing. I had a player burn his Force of Will to stop a turn 6 Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite. A few turns later I brought it back into play and wiped the board nice and clean.
