Latest version of this deck.
*Took out some of the dinking around draw engines like bouncing Elvish Visionary and Mentor of the Meek for more powerful cards like Recurring Insight and Sphinx of Uthuun.
*Put in more ramp because I have had problems with getting lands out quickly.
*Replaced Knight-Captain of Eos with Spike Weaver as a cheaper fog machine, though having both might be good. Nothing wrong with tokens.
*Took out some redundant or less instant bounce engines like Conjurer’s Closet. I have a passive bounce engine in Venser, and he’s much more powerful. I do like the closet, but I want this deck to be more instant/interactive. Out with the “Well it’s the end of my turn, I guess I’ll bounce something.”
*Put in some powerful tutors like Chord of Calling and Wargate. Taking out Fierce Empath may prove to be the wrong decision as bouncing it puts Primeval Titan and Avenger of Zendikar in my hand, but we’ll see.
*Still no Tooth and Nail. Not how I want to win.
*Do I need a Terastodon? So good, played so much, what would I replace? Took out Wall of Omens. Yet another durdly draw more cards card and I already have Coiling Oracle. Wall of Omens thins the deck, provides a blocker, and can be bounced for value. But most games, I'm going to be wanting to bounce something else. So now I have both Terastodon and Avenger of Zendikar in a bant bounce deck. Not original, but might as well play them and see since I haven't before.
Ravnica duals need to be on your list of priorities, but I think that with your basic land search you will be better off relying on basics more than some of the weaker non-basics. You know I will Ruination or Back to Basics every game I can, so you might as well take advantage of what green can do best =Ramp/fix.
In addition to Wood Elves being better, Farhaven Elf is too.
I would drop Rout since it's only really good at 7 mana. Evacuation is so much better here. Catastrophe also gives you some amazing flex that can often be a game winner.
Trying to decide on which steal and bounce effects to keep/trade out.
Sower of Temptation versus Roil Elemental. Roil will get me more creatures... if it lives. Bouncing Sower with a sac outlet, or bouncing the creature I steal with Deadeye Navigator or Nephalia Smuggler seems like it should be better. I should probably work in Lightning Greaves so I can use some of my effects right away and protect the stealers. Thoughts?
The two other bounce cards I really want to work in are Time Elemental and Equilibrium. Time Elemental is cool because you can bounce a planeswalker that is about to go off, or a pesky enchantment. I wish Equilibrium read 'whenever a creature enters the battlefield' rather than having to cast the creature. I could probably take out either Erratic Portal or Crystal Shard since they're functionally the same card.
I would replace the Crystal Shard if you are choosing for Equilibrium, largely because at its best its going to activate for 1 mana, which is already the activation cost of the Portal.
Roil Elemental is good, the reason I ran Sower of Temptation was because I had more space in the 4 slots available for my podding order. If I am going to cast a 6, or pod into 6, I wanted it to be a Titan typically for advantage or Deadeye Navigator if I needed to put one of my ETB's to overtime.
In an early build where I had more bounce. I ran Azorius Aethermage, Blood Clock and Umbilicus. Didn't work out too well for me though which is why I shifted deeper into blink and tax.
How is Temporal Adept not better than time elemental in every way?
I've never seen it. The only problem with it in my particular deck is I've been having trouble getting to triple blue, but I need to work on the mana base anyways. Thanks for the suggestion!
There is Submerge also, thought I don't know how well it would work since its playgroup dependent on how popular G is and Forests. But to be able to put on top of library for free, it could be great.

I might drop Rout as well Dan, 7 mana is too much for me for removal that could be at 4 mana sorcery or 5 mana instant speed card.
Yes, I agree, basics are your best friend against any of Dan's deck. He loves his non-basic land hate. I increased my basic count in Sharuum to 8 because of him and I actively fetch up basics over duals when I have the opportunity.

WUBRG Some of these decks can actually win games...WUBRG
How I know I should build a deck:
Equilibrium is one of the best repeatable bounce you can get. I would really try to find a spot for it.
I also get a lot of mileage out of Sower of Temptation, works similar to Rubinia with the Closet, etc. for perm steal.
EDH Decks:
B Toshiro Umezawa B
W Mikaeus, the Lunarch W
G Azusa, Lost but Seeking G
UB Grimgrin, Corpse-Born BU
BGU The Mimeoplasm UGB
GUW Rubinia Soulsinger WUG
GRB Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper BRG
Equilibrium is def worth a slot. Just got to figure out what to take out. I like your build by the way, I definitely took some ideas from it!

Also the old Evacuation art is the best imho
