My aim with this deck was to make a very different, in fact quite the opposite, to my Zedruu deck, which runs quite a lot of Howling Mine effects and other political stuff.
I wanted a deck which could wreck hands, hurt the board, force sacrifices etc. I always liked the idea of having Malfegor as a general, so I tried my hand at a Group Punishment style deck.
The deck is pretty much budget, nothing extreme but I simply don't want to play with "powercards", it defeats the point of EDH for me.
I went for a bit of a hellbent and madness, seeing as many of the discard effects will hit me anyway. I decided to not go for reanimation, but rather use Crypt of Agadeem to generate some nice mana for general recasting and other things later in the game.
I haven't figured out a way to abuse the Instants and Sorceries ending up in the graveyard so far...
Anyway, what is the deck like? Would you hate playing against it? What are the significant flaws?
EDIT: Did some major changes with the deck, it wasn't getting good hands, but it works much better now. Added more discard synergies and utility, removed many cards that I found myself rather discarding for no gain then play.
Manabard is an horrible (but fantastic) choice. And I would definitly hate playing against this deck!
Underworld dream could be good, the same with Abyss (or the Magus if you dont it).

Underworld Dreams is a fantastic card, in fact it's a tiny bit too fantastic, so I don't think it's what I want with my current playgroup. If I play in a more tryhard environment it might become an option...
+Magus of the Abyss
-Goblin Ruinblaster
I already have Gibbering Descent, so the Magus is a great fit! Ruinblaster didn't feel completly right, especially with the negative synergy with Anathemancer.
Thumbs up for using Malfegor!
I run Dawn of the Dead in my deck, and it's often very good. With Fleshbag Marauder and Anathemancer, for example. And it also gives you a second shot with your general. Devil's Play is generally better than Demonfire IMO, but that's a matter of taste.
Also, Howltooth Hollow fits in a group discard strategy in various ways.
Tip from personal expeience: be careful with self-discard, you normally want to have some cards in hand until you get to play Malfegor.
