So this is...something. Something of an attempt at EDH Burn/RDW? I have no idea, honestly (yay gatherer searches for red rares!). But I have the itch to theorize a red deck right now.
K, so there's a few cards in the sideboard that I'd like to try and fit in. The "curve" feels...something. Everything should be fairly sorted, ask about anything you're questionable on.
I would suggest increasing your doubler count. You've got a ton of X spells, and your general is basically a winged X spell. You run 37 basics. Where's Gauntlet of Might, Gauntlet of Power, and Extraplanar Lens. I can maybe see skipping the last due to the inherent card disadvantage, and maybe skipping the first due to its price and rarity, but definitely get GoP in there. Mana Geyser also seems pertinent.

Might: Yup, not getting that one for a while, if ever.
Power: Didn't it shoot up in price at some point? W/e, will definitely look for one.
Lens: Lol, it's red, I'm already at a disadvantage :p. Would probably be the next one to buy.
Geyser: I dunno. I can see it being huge, but other times not worth it. Do you have experience with it that you could share?
Did I make any blatantly bad choices in the deck? Lol.

Looks like GoP shot up to about $6 on the low end. Lens is $5 on the low end, so it's pretty neck-in-neck.
Weakest cards I see here are: Grim Lavamancer - Doesn't seem to do enough IMO. Lavaborn Muse - Seems kind of weak, it's a Hill Giant that occasionally gets a little more damage in, but hands are generally more full in EDH. Rage Thrower - If you had more token generation going on (say, a goblin subtheme with the goblin tutors, Siege-gang, Kiki-jiki, Marshal and War Marshal) he'd seem more effective. As it stands, he seems a bit iffy. Aether Membrane - It's a good defensive card, but it doesn't seem that good for a RDW strategy. Seismic Assault - You're going to be short enough on cards and lands without pitching them for some minor pinging Quest for Pure Flame - The fact that it only triggers once makes this seem suspect to me. Disaster Radius - I think I'd prefer to run another X sweeper like Earthquake or Fault Line (or even Chain Reaction) over this. You don't run a ton of creatures, and not a lot of ones that are expensive enough to make this truly frightening (Titans, Colossi, etc) Burning Vengeance - By my count, you have 4 Flashback cards plus the potential of Past in Flames. Doesn't seem like it'll do much. Past In Flames - Maybe if you have enough doublers, but as it stands you'll rarely have the mana to flash back more than one thing at a time, especially as your juciest targets are probably the X spells. In which case, why not just run Recoup?
Some things to consider adding: Earthquake, Fault Line, Chain Reaction, Molten Disaster, Pyrohemia - More sweepers, and 4 of the 5 also dome players. You want stuff that brings everyone else's life down to the point where you can maybe burn them out, and you don't want to get killed in the meantime. Stuffy Doll - especially if you bump up your sweeper count, he can really put the hurting on one opponent while dissuading attacks. Repercussion - In the vein of stuffy doll, this can make X sweepers very frightening. Wheel of Fortune - The $10+ pricetag kind of sucks, but it's arguably the strongest red card out there. Mind's Eye - One of red's only other forms of reliable draw, and great with Wheels of Fate and Fortune, plus Dragon Mage Stranglehold, Grafdigger's Cage, Blood Moon, Torpor Orb - Makes the game a more level playing field

Cards like Seize the day are incredible with Akroma. They increase the value of your mana. Being able to put less into her ability and cast a spell to double or triple strike will allow you to do crazy 1 shots (which is what this general is all about).
Repercussion - Scares me a touch, although it probably shouldn't.
I could see myself maybe switching to Rakka Mar, and/or adding her to the deck.
I think I'm missing an add, or I'm just short a card.
You don't necessarily have to cut everything I pointed out, those were just some decent examples.
I'd say Akroma is definitely a better general than Raka Mar, especially if you can get at least one more doubler in here. She's a very scary clock. Look at it this way:
She's flying, protection from the two most common flying colors, and trample. This means you are almost always going to be getting through for full or nearly full damage every swing. With no invested mana, that's a four-swing kill, even with three of those swings chumped by 1/1's. With a mere 3 invested mana (over three turns), she kills in 3 swings, and with 10 (over two turns) she kills in two. If you can manage fifteen mana in one turn (or 5 with any kind of damage-doubler, combat step-doubler, or doublestrike-granter), she kills in a single swing.
She's uncounterable, and protection from blue and white. This means that only three tuck cards are capable of hitting her: Hallowed Burial, Chaos Warp, and Proteus Staff. She negates Spell Crumple, Hinder, Oblation, Spin Into Myth, and Bant Charm, while simultaneously dodging other common removal like Swords to Plowshares, Path to Exile, Capsize, Wipe Away, etc. This means she is very difficult for your opponents to deal with.
The only support she really needs in order to tame an entire table is maybe some assistance from our friends Lightning Greaves and Swiftfoot Boots, which give her haste (mostly negating the effect of mass removal on her) and immunity to Maze Effects.

Oh no, I understood that, Akroma is a beast :xd:.
Eh, I need to go through the list again, see what's up. Need get moar greaves/boots, too. Those should go in.

Honestly, with Akroma at the helm you barely need other dudes. I'd consider cutting most of them for some mana ramp (in addition to doublers, Gilded Lotus, Coalition Relic, etc), equipment (in addition to greaves/swiftfoot, maybe Sword of Feast and Famine, Basilisk Collar, etc), and more control elements (burn, sweepers, lockdown cards, planeswalkers, etc). Go for Repercussion + Sweepers (and maybe Furnace of Rath) as an alternate win.
