So, the deck is like, really bad. I read the rules and I think im supposed to post a link to the deck list rather than posting like each card. So here is the link to my tapped out decklist - https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/29-07-19-you-will-comply/. I need some help with some reasonable upgrades (I dont think ill put anything over 10 dollars in, but still post what you find please, i really need the help). There are some obvious cards like Rhystic Study and Propaganda but im interested in not only upgrades but optimizations. EDHREC does not have every card, I learned that when reading the Kozilek Primer that you guys have on the site. So I was hoping you all could have some super good insight on what I could do with this garbage pile. Thanks for any help.
That being said, it's really hard to counter-control an entire table in multiplayer. You have to be super selective about what you counter and what you let through. You also need to be enough of a threat that nobody wants to expend resources going after you but not so much of a threat that they have to.
Looking over your deck, I'd cut Horseshoe Crab / Hermetic Study immediately. Yes, it's a funny combo; no, you aren't going to use it often. This is 100-card singleton, so the odds of you getting two specific cards that don't do anything on their own and don't even guarantee a kill together is pretty bad.
How is what you are playing with now working for you? What is your typical to-go win condition? Where do you run into problems? What type of decks are you normally playing against? You have a lot of counter magic for a multiplayer EDH deck. How's all that working for you?
Additionally, while I really like Brainstorm (and think you should keep it) you have no means of shuffling your deck after casting it which is kinda bad. If you want to keep it I would suggest adding a few more cards that search your library to help optimize it.

Talrand, Murmuring Mystic, and Docent produce tokens as a wincon - you could consider Drake Haven as another for each time you loot.

Some immediate suggestions include:
Disallow over Tale's End
Future Sight instead of Precognition Field
Rain of Revelation, Foresee, or Deep Analysis seem better than Sift.
I would try to find room for staples like:
- Preordain
- Merchant Scroll
- Muddle the Mixture
- Faerie Trickery
Some of your counter magic might be what I cut for those. Rewind, Unwind, Overwhelming Intellect, & Overwhelming Denial.Additionally, while I really like Brainstorm (and think you should keep it) you have no means of shuffling your deck after casting it which is kinda bad. Good luck!
