Not a huge fan of grave titan in edh. I'd rather use a creature with evasion.
Pernicious deed is really good.
How is Tidings better than Opportunity? Instant speed is much more beneficial than saving that 1 extra mana.
I think that Lux Cannon and Ratchet Bomb could both go. They need help to be activated, and take way to long to get there without said help.

None of these cards are putting Eternal Witness in the graveyard in order to get Time Stretch back into your hand (assuming Eternal Witness is being put back to hand with Genesis). I'm confused. If you want an infinite turn combo in Vorosh, I would suggest switching out one of hadoukkened's suggestions for Capsize. With the buy back, you can constantly return E-Dub to your hand, play her, get Time Stretch, play Time Stretch, rinse, lather, repeat.
I think some of the Simic graft / counter oriented cards could be neat here as well. Experimental Kraj and such. Maybe doubling season as well. Capsize is really great utility too. It's also good with the muse.
