Hello all! I have been tinkering with this decklist for a while and wanted to toss it over here for some external opinions.
This is a somewhat unconventional Braids, Conjurer Adept decklist, where instead of packing a large number of big creatures, the deck is using Braids more-or-less as an exploration, trolling the opponents into playing out their hands and running into a perilous vault sort of blow-out. This was my goal for the deck, specifically not wanting to include giant creatures, but has actually made finding a victory-condition an issue on some games.
I've been playing this for a few weeks now and have a visual of the deck listed in a yodel-tube video here. Here is the current list;
This deck does have a hard time closing out games against decks with few creatures, and is fairly vulnerable in the first few turns. The deck has been classified by my friends as extremely durdly and trolling since it tends to make for obnoxiously long games.
I'm hoping that by posting here I can get some ideas on how I can win with this deck that does not include adding giant creatures. The small clone+treachery package works in a fair number of games, decking people with stroke of genius/blue sun's zenith has worked, and psychic spiral of all things has given me a few wins (although the draw-death is not regular enough to warrant including laboratory maniac).
